Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种用于制备甲酸的反应器,它包括由内、外壳体形成的夹套式壳体和传动机构、搅拌机构,在外壳体上设置有进、出液口,在内壳体上设置有进、出料口,所述的内壳体是对合型双筒体结构,所述的搅拌机构包括对称地安装于两个筒体内轴心位置的两根芯轴,和数个固定在芯轴上的纵断面呈扇形的叶板,以及固定在每个叶板上表面的叶齿组成,这些叶齿沿芯轴的轴向方向呈螺旋状分布,两芯轴上的叶板错位设置并相互交错,两根芯轴与筒体外的传动机构相连,本实用新型能够将物料混合均匀并避免物料在反应器内粘附。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种反应器,尤其是涉及一种用于制备甲酸的反应器。
背景技术
国内传统的制备甲酸的反应器为一般普通的单轴式耙式反应器,为内、外壳体形成的夹套式结构,由于生产甲酸的原料甲酸钠为固体,而磷酸或聚磷酸的粘度较大,在进行混合的时候,这种单轴式搅拌使物料在反应器内形成的是漩涡状,这种方式导致物料混合不均匀,而且在反应过程中物料易粘附在搅拌轴、搅拌臂和内壳壁上,致使物料利用率低,能耗高,进而影响产品质量;再者,该反应是放热反应,一般需要在夹套内输入冷却介质带走反应热量,但是由于物料在其中混合不均匀,致使反应体系内温度不均匀,过热的部分副反应多,影响甲酸的收率和质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点而提供一种能够将物料混合均匀、避免物料在反应器内粘附的反应器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种用于制备甲酸的自净式反应器,包括由内、外壳体形成的夹套式壳体和传动机构、搅拌机构,在外壳体上设置有进、出液口,在内壳体上设置有进、出料口,其中所述的内壳体是对合型双筒体结构,所述的搅拌机构包括对称地安装于两个筒体内轴心位置的两根芯轴,和数个固定在芯轴上的纵断面呈扇形的叶板,以及固定在每个叶板上表面的叶齿组成,这些叶齿沿芯轴的轴向方向呈螺旋状分布,两芯轴上的叶板错位设置并相互交错,两根芯轴与筒体外的传动机构相连。
其中,在每根芯轴上的叶板在轴向方向呈直线排列,较好的方案是在芯轴上对称地固定有两组在轴向方向呈直线排列的叶板。
其中,所述的扇形叶板的上表面是和筒体的内圆弧面相匹配,即除了保证扇形叶片在筒体内能自由旋转外,又要使扇形叶板的上表面和筒体的内圆弧面之间的间歇较小,使物料不能粘附在筒体的内圆弧面上。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,在筒体的上端还设置有出气口。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:物料从进料口进入反应器,两根芯轴在传动机构的带动下旋转,物料沿叶片和叶齿构成的螺旋槽内旋转向前行,即便物料在筒体内壁粘附,当叶齿下次旋转到此位置时,即可将其刮掉,而叶板之间粘附的物料则互由另一根芯轴上对应的叶板刮掉,物料在旋转运行中得以更新和充分混合,反应完成后,反应物从出料口出料;在外壳上的进水口和出水口可以通入冷凝水对筒体进行冷却。
本实用新型相比于现有技术有如下优点:
因为本实用新型设计了由双芯轴、叶板、叶齿构成的双轴螺旋结构,加之两轴上的叶板错位设置,运行时相互交错,由于叶齿与筒体间隙小,可不断将筒体内壁上粘附的物料刮下进入螺旋输送槽中充分混合,而轴与轴之间的、位于叶板之间的物料又被另一根芯轴上的叶板刮掉进入螺旋输送槽中充分混合,解决了原有技术中物料容易粘附的问题,同时,这种螺旋混合输送方式,使物料在运行过程中不断翻滚,混合得更加均匀,使得反应顺利进行,再者,在夹套内通入的冷却介质,也能很好、很均匀地将筒体内物料反应所产生的热量带走,使甲酸的收率得以提高。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明:
实施例1:一种用于制备甲酸的自净式反应器,包括由内壳体1、外壳体2形成的夹套式壳体和传动机构3、搅拌机构,在外壳体2上设置有进、出液口4和5,在内壳体1上设置有进、出料口6和7,其中所述的内壳体1是对合型双筒体结构,所述的搅拌机构包括对称地安装于两个筒体1内轴心位置的两根芯轴8,和数个固定在芯轴8上的纵断面呈扇形的叶板9,以及固定在每个叶板9上表面的叶齿10组成,这些叶齿10沿芯轴8的轴向方向呈螺旋状分布,两芯轴8上的叶板9错位设置并相互交错,即在保证两根芯轴8自由旋转的同时,两芯轴8上对应的叶板9之间犬牙交错并保持较小的间隙,两根芯轴8与筒体1外的传动机构3相连,其中,在每根芯轴8上对称地固定有两组在轴向方向呈直线排列的叶板9,所述的扇形叶板9的上表面是和筒体1的内圆弧面相匹配,间隙较小且能保证叶板在其内可以自由转动,在筒体1的上端还设置有出气口11。
Claims (5)
1、一种用于制备甲酸的自净式反应器,包括由内、外壳体形成的夹套式壳体和传动机构、搅拌机构,在外壳体上设置有进、出液口,在内壳体上设置有进、出料口,其特征在于所述的内壳体是对合型双筒体结构,所述的搅拌机构包括对称地安装于两个筒体内轴心位置的两根芯轴,和数个固定在芯轴上的纵断面呈扇形的叶板,以及固定在每个叶板上表面的叶齿组成,这些叶齿沿芯轴的轴向方向呈螺旋状分布,两芯轴上的叶板错位设置并相互交错,两根芯轴与筒体外的传动机构相连。
2、根据权利要求1所述的反应器,其特征在于在每根芯轴上的叶板在轴向方向呈直线排列。
3、根据权利要求2所述的反应器,其特征在于在芯轴上对称地固定有两组在轴向方向呈直线排列的叶板。
4、根据权利要求1所述的反应器,其特征在于所述的扇形叶板的上表面是和筒体的内圆弧面相匹配。
5、根据权利要求1所述的反应器,其特征在于在筒体的上端还设置有出气口。
