本实用新型的解决技术方案如下：
1、一种家禽开肠的刀具，由刀体、刀片组成，特征是所述的刀体同一侧面一端设有夹片，另一端设有U型槽，所述的刀片套入夹片内用铆钉固定，可以转动180°。
2、如技术方案1所述的家禽开肠的刀具，其中，所述的刀片的刀尖角度约30°，刀尖对正U型槽。
本实用新型的优点是结构简单，使用方便，快速。

本实用新型的最佳实施例是这样的，参照图1至图3所示，一种家禽开肠的刀具，由刀体、刀片组成，其中，所述的刀体(3)同一侧面一端设有夹片(5)，另一端设有U型槽(4)，所述的刀片(2)套入夹片(5)内用铆钉(1)固定，可以转动180°；所述的刀片(2)的刀尖角度约30°，刀尖对正U型槽(4)。
使用时，将家禽的肠架在U型槽(4)内，把肠插入刀尖后拉割。

1、一种家禽开肠的刀具，由刀体、刀片组成，其特征在于，所述的刀体(3)同一侧面一端设有夹片(5)，另一端设有U型槽(4)，所述的刀片(2)套入夹片(5)内用铆钉(1)固定，可以转动180°。
2、如权利要求1所述的家禽开肠的刀具，其特征在于，所述的刀片(2)的刀尖角度约30°，刀尖对正U型槽(4)。
