本实用新型涉及节能灯技术领域,特指一种体积小、发光效率高的节能灯。
背景技术:
当前市场上的节能灯产品,无论是螺旋形管是U形管的,其总体长度都比较长,要求配合的灯具要有一定的高度,另外,传统形状的节能灯,由于其灯管的排布是圆周排布,使里面的光线难以投射到外面,使灯管的实际亮度降低。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种灯体小、发光效率高的节能灯
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案为:一种节能灯,该节能灯的灯管成型为平面螺旋形。
上述的平面螺旋形灯管的螺旋线为蚊香螺旋形。
采用上述技术方案后,由于灯管加工成平面蚊香形的形状,节能灯的高度只有灯管直径高,比传统节能灯的高度大大降低,与之配合的灯具高度也可大为降低,而且灯管产生的光线可尽可能的投射出来。

如附图1~附图2所示,本蚊香形节能灯的灯管1成型为平面蚊香螺旋形,加工时只要把传统的螺旋灯灯管加热软化,然后把它压平就可以成型为本实用新型的蚊香螺旋形节能灯了。
