Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种风机轴承箱密封装置，其结构特征是风机轴1外圆面上套有密封支承架4，支承架4的外缘处设有螺栓孔5，支承架4的内孔处设有填料槽6，填料槽6内装有填料7；支承架4的外端面靠螺栓固定有填料压盖3，从而组成本实用新型风机轴承箱密封装置。用螺栓穿过螺栓孔将该密封装置安装在轴承箱侧面上即可起到密封作用。本实用新型使用中无噪音，密封效果好，无泄漏、省机油，综合经济效益高；安装简单，使用寿命长，一次安装，一劳永逸，省掉了频繁更换填料的烦恼；自润滑性能好，摩擦力小，省力节能。
Description
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种密封装置，具体地说是一种风机轴承箱密封装置。
二、背景技术
当前，金属冶炼行业应用的大型风机都设有轴承箱，轴承箱内装有润滑和冷却轴承的机油，风机运行时为了防止轴承箱内的机油外泄，其轴承箱的两侧密封点都装有密封装置，传统的密封装置是采用骨架式密封。而骨架式密封其密封效果不好，安装新的骨架油封也就用10来天就在密封处严重漏油不能使用，就是新安装上的骨架油封密封处也有轻微漏油现象发生。也就是说采取骨架式装置密封效果差，机油浪费严重，使用寿命短，维修更换麻烦。
三、发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用寿命长、不用更换维修、密封效果好的风机轴承箱密封装置。
实现本实用新型的目的采用的技术方案是：该密封装置主要由密封支承架、填料、填料压盖、连接螺栓和风机轴组成；风机轴外圆面上套有密封支承架，支承架的外缘处设有螺栓孔，支承架的内孔处设有填料槽，填料槽内装有填料；支承架的外端面靠连接螺栓固定有填料压盖，从而组成本实用新型风机轴承箱密封装置。用螺栓穿过螺栓孔将该密封装置安装在轴承箱侧面上既可起到密封作用。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有的优点是：
1、使用中无噪音，密封效果好，无泄漏、省机油，综合经济效益高，一台风机一年可省机油2700公斤。
2、安装简单，使用寿命长，正常轴承使用寿命期内无需更换密封填料，一次安装，一劳永逸，省掉了频繁更换填料的烦恼。
3、填料具有自充式功能和塑性强等特点，自润滑性能好，摩擦力小，风机轴运转阻力小，省力节能。

五、具体实施方式
在附图中，本实用新型风机轴承箱密封装置主要由密封支承架、填料、填料压盖、连接螺栓和风机轴组成；风机轴1外圆面上套有密封支承架4，支承架4的外缘处设有螺栓孔5，支承架4的内孔处设有填料槽6，填料槽6内装有填料7；支承架4的外端面靠连接螺栓固定有填料压盖3，从而组成本实用新型风机轴承箱密封装置。用螺栓穿过螺栓孔将该密封装置安装在轴承箱侧面上既可起到密封作用。所述的填料由高分子复合材料及纳米材料经特殊工艺处理而成，具有可塑性，自润滑性能好；在压力和作用环境中，能够自动成型，形成与轴完全吻合的填料环，所以密封效果好，使用寿命长。

1.一种风机轴承箱密封装置，主要由密封支承架、填料、填料压盖、连接螺栓和风机轴组成；其特征在于：所述的风机轴(1)外圆面上套有密封支承架(4)，支承架(4)的外缘处设有螺栓孔(5)，支承架(4)的内孔处设有填料槽(6)，填料槽(6)内装有填料(7)；支承架(4)的外端面靠螺栓(2)固定有填料压盖(3)。
