本实用新型涉及一种液体包装瓶的领域，具体地说，涉及医用药液的密封包装液体瓶。
背景技术
医用药液瓶对瓶体、瓶盖的密封要求较高，目前市场上所销售、使用的各类医药塑料液体瓶，一般只是在瓶盖里加纸或胶垫，瓶体与瓶盖用螺纹拧紧，这样的塑料液体瓶在长途运输漏液体。还有一些液体瓶在生产时就将塑料瓶把药液密封好在塑料瓶里，在瓶口有一个盖，到使用时，患者拧开瓶盖后打开瓶口，使用后拧紧瓶盖，但液体瓶一倒或瓶体受力挤压，液体就容易从瓶子里流出。针对液体瓶在长途运输漏液体及使用后，瓶体受力挤压液体就容易从瓶子里流出的缺陷。发明出在长途运输时不容易漏液体以及在使用后，瓶体受力挤压液体不容易从瓶子里流出的一种液体瓶。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足之处，提出一种生产成本低、使用方便、密封效果好的医用液体瓶。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种液体瓶，包括塑料瓶体2和瓶盖1，瓶颈4；所述塑料瓶体2的瓶口外形状为圆柱形，瓶颈4与瓶盖密封处外形状为圆锥形；所述瓶盖1盖口内侧设有2-4密封条，密封条与瓶颈4圆锥形密封配合，瓶盖1里面与瓶口外侧为圆柱形密封配合，瓶盖1里面中心位置设有凸块3，凸块中心为空心，凸块外圆闭塞瓶口内径。所述的凸块外圆尺寸大于瓶口内径尺寸0.1-0.3mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是，瓶盖与瓶体可采用聚乙烯、聚脂材料一次成型，生产成本低，制造简单，紧密性能好，无渗液、漏液，使用方便。

如图1、所示为瓶体、瓶盖结构示意图，1表示瓶盖；2表示瓶体；3表示瓶盖凸块；4表示瓶体瓶颈。塑料瓶体2的瓶口外形状为圆柱形，瓶颈4与瓶盖内侧密封条口处的外形状为圆锥形。瓶盖1盖口内侧设有2-4密封条，密封条与瓶颈4圆锥形密封配合，瓶盖1里面与瓶口外侧为圆柱形密封配合，瓶盖1里面中心位置设有凸块3，凸块中心为空心，凸块外圆直径尺寸略大瓶口内径尺寸，外圆尺寸大于瓶口内径尺寸控制在0.1-0.3mm之间。凸块外圆闭塞瓶口内径，起到密封作用。

1. 一种液体瓶，包括塑料瓶体(2)和瓶盖(1)，瓶颈(4)；其特征在于：所述塑料瓶体(2)的瓶口外形状为圆柱形，瓶颈(4)与瓶盖密封处外形状为圆锥形；所述瓶盖(1)盖口内侧设有2-4密封条，密封条与瓶颈(4)圆锥形密封配合，瓶盖(1)里面与瓶口外侧为圆柱形密封配合，瓶盖(1)里面中心位置设有凸块(3)，凸块中心为空心，凸块外圆闭塞瓶口内径。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种液体瓶，其特征在于：所述的凸块外圆尺寸大于瓶口内径尺寸0.1-0.3mm。
