为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种如下结构的保鲜盒，包括盒体和盒盖，其结构特点是：所述盒盖上设有环槽，环槽内设有密封垫，盒体的立壁位于环槽内；盒盖上设有扣件，盒体上设有突起，盒盖通过扣件与突起的配合锁紧在盒体上。
上述结构的保鲜盒，由于盒盖上设有环槽，环槽内设有密封垫，盒盖上设有扣件，盒体上设有突起，盒盖通过扣件与突起的配合锁紧在盒体上，从而使盒体的立壁压紧密封垫，因此，不但开启容易，使用方便，而且保鲜效果好。

如附图所示，保鲜盒包括盒体1和盒盖2，盒盖2上设有环槽3，环槽3内设有密封垫4，盒体1的立壁5位于环槽3内；盒盖2上设有扣件6，盒体1上设有突起7，盒盖2通过扣件6与突起7的配合锁紧在盒体1上。扣件6与盒盖2的连接方式可以是铰接，还可以采用其它连接方式。
本实用新型可以做成圆形、方形等其他形状。

1.一种保鲜盒，包括盒体(1)和盒盖(2)，其特征是：所述盒盖(2)上设有环槽(3)，环槽(3)内设有密封垫(4)，盒体(1)的立壁(5)位于环槽(3)内；盒盖(2)上设有扣件(6)，盒体(1)上设有突起(7)，盒盖(2)通过扣件(6)与突起(7)的配合锁紧在盒体(1)上。
