本实用新型涉及一种饮水机加热器，不锈钢内胆的上端固定与不锈钢内胆的内腔相通的排气管和出水管，下端固定与不锈钢内胆的内腔相通的排污管，侧壁上固定温度上、下限传感器和与不锈钢内胆的内腔相通的进水管，不锈钢内胆内有电热管，电热管固定在不锈钢内胆的下端，其两个电引线密封伸出不锈钢内胆，其特征在于：所述的其中一个电引线串联二极管或电容。它使用寿命长，保温性能好，节约能源。

本实用新型涉及一种饮水机加热器。
背景技术
饮水机的加热器包括电热管和不锈钢内胆，电热管固定在不锈钢内胆内，电热管为易损件，使用寿命短，而电热管与不锈钢内胆为一体件，所以电热管损坏时，必须将不锈钢内胆一起更换，导致使用成本高。目前使用的饮水机不锈钢内胆仅在侧壁外用普通海绵保温，而上、下端没有保温层，所以保温性能差，致使耗电量大，浪费能源。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本实用新型提供一种饮水机内胆，它使用寿命长，保温性能好，节约能源。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：不锈钢内胆的上端固定与不锈钢内胆的内腔相通的排气管和出水管，下端固定与不锈钢内胆的内腔相通的排污管，侧壁上固定温度上、下限传感器和与不锈钢内胆的内腔相通的进水管，不锈钢内胆内有电热管，电热管固定在不锈钢内胆的下端，其两个电引线密封伸出不锈钢内胆，其特征在于：所述的其中一个电引线串联二极管或电容。
所述不锈钢内胆的外表面即上、下端和侧壁全部封装有保温层。
本实用新型使用寿命长，保温性能好，节约能源。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，不锈钢内胆4的上端固定与不锈钢内胆4的内腔相通的排气管2和出水管1，下端固定与不锈钢内胆4的内腔相通的排污管9。不锈钢内胆4的侧壁上固定温度上、下限传感器5、6和与不锈钢内胆4的内腔相通的进水管8。不锈钢内胆4内有电热管7，电热管7固定在不锈钢内胆4的下端，其两个电引线密封伸出不锈钢内胆4。其特征在于：所述的其中一个电引线串联二极管或电容10。所述电容10的容量为25~35VF。为提高保温效果，所述不锈钢内胆4的外表面即上、下端和侧壁全部封装有保温层3，所述保温层3的厚度为2~4cm，材料为聚氨脂。

1. 一种饮水机加热器，不锈钢内胆(4)的上端固定与内胆(4)的内腔相通的排气管(2)和出水管(1)，下端固定与不锈钢内胆(4)的内腔相通的排污管(9)，侧壁上固定温度上、下限传感器(5、6)和与不锈钢内胆(4)的内腔相通的进水管(8)，不锈钢内胆(4)内有电热管(7)，电热管(7)固定在不锈钢内胆(4)的下端，其两个电引线密封伸出不锈钢内胆(4)，其特征在于：所述不锈钢内胆(4)的外表面即上、下端和侧壁全部封装有保温层(3)；所述的其中一个电引线串联二极管或电容(10)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的饮水机加热器，其特征在于：所述电容(10)的容量为25~35VF。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的饮水机加热器，其特征在于：所述保温层(3)的厚度为2~4cm，材料为聚氨脂。
