Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种数码相框的显示屏前镜面装置，主要由外壳以及安装在外壳中的LCD屏、PCB板和LED灯板构成，所述外壳包括上壳、中壳和下壳，其中上壳前端面设有窗口，所述LCD屏固定安装在该窗口中，所述LCD屏表面安装有镀膜镜片。本实用新型通过镜面装置，保护LCD不受外界物理损坏，而且通过该镜面可将光线进行反射和折射，使得整个显示屏的显示效果更加亮丽，另外由于所述镜面通过金属镀膜，因此该数码相框不使用时，镜面可以当作镜子使用，增加了数码相框的附属功能。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及数码相框，具体涉及的是一种数码相框的显示屏前镜面装置。
背景技术：
数码相框是一种数字显示式相框，它与传统的相框相比，具有明显的优越性，不但存储量大，而且可以根据需要随时更换照片、背景、音乐等。如今的数码相框市场异彩纷呈，为人们的生活增添了丰富的色彩。
然而现有数码相框都是采用液晶面板为显示屏，该液晶面板一般暴露在外面，易遭受划伤等物理破坏以及饮料或者其他液体溅泼的化学损伤，而且弄脏了以后，液晶面板的清洁也是一件比较麻烦的事情，需要专门的清洗液进行清洗。
发明内容：
为此，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种数码相框的显示屏前镜面装置，主要在显示屏幕的前面增加一个镜面装置，通过该镜面装置不仅可以保护液晶面板不会收到强烈的物理破坏，而且同时可以使面板的清洁工作变得简单。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型主要采用如下技术方案：
一种数码相框的显示屏前镜面装置，主要由外壳以及安装在外壳中的LCD屏、PCB板和LED灯板构成，所述外壳包括上壳、中壳和下壳，其中上壳前端面设有窗口，所述LCD屏固定安装在该窗口中，所述LCD屏表面安装有镀膜镜片。
上壳的四周边侧设置有导光孔，该导光孔中安装有与LED灯板连接的导光柱。
所述上壳外侧卡置有前框透明装饰件。
所述下壳上设有支架。
本实用新型通过在LCD外侧设置一镜面装置，从而实现保护LCD不受外界物理损坏，而且在数码相框使用时，可以通过该镜面将光线进行反射和折射，使得整个显示屏的显示效果更加亮丽，另外由于所述镜面通过金属镀膜，因此该数码相框不使用时，其镜面可以当作镜子使用，可增加本实用新型的附属功能。

具体实施方式：
本实用新型的核心思想是：一种数码相框的显示屏前镜面装置，该镜面装置是由1MM左右厚度的透明树脂塑料，或者钢化玻璃经过金属镀膜后形成的，主要通过胶水或UV固化等方式固定安装在数码相框的外壳表面，以达到保护数码相框LCD显示屏的目的，并且该镜面装置在平常可以作为镜子使用，从而增加该数码相框的附属价值。
下面将附图和具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细描述。
如图1所示，一种数码相框的显示屏前镜面装置，主要由外壳以及安装在外壳中的LCD屏7、PCB板6和LED灯板9构成，所述外壳包括上壳2、中壳4和下壳5，其中上壳2前端面设有窗口，所述LCD屏7固定安装在该窗口中，LCD屏7后面固定有PCB板6，LCD屏7前面还安装有镀膜镜片1。
其中所述镀膜镜片1主要由透明树脂塑料，或者钢化玻璃经过金属镀膜后形成，且通过胶水或UV固化等方式固定安装在外壳2上。
外壳1的四侧边上设有多个导光柱8，这些导光柱8与安装在壳体内部的LED灯板9连接，另外外壳1周侧还套有一个前框透明装饰件3，导光柱8发光则会通过前框透明装饰件3显示出来，从而使相框外形更加美观。
所述中壳4安装在上壳2和下壳5之间，其中上壳2和中壳4之间安装有LCD显示屏7和PCB板6，下壳5后面安装有支架10，该支架10可在0～90度范围内转动，从而使相框可以平放，也可以直放。

1、一种数码相框的显示屏前镜面装置，主要由外壳以及安装在外壳中的LCD屏(7)、PCB板(6)和LED灯板(9)构成，所述外壳包括上壳(2)、中壳(4)和下壳(5)，其中上壳(2)前端面设有窗口，所述LCD屏(7)固定安装在该窗口中，其特征在于：所述LCD屏(7)表面安装有镀膜镜片(1)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的数码相框的显示屏前镜面装置，其特征在于：上壳(2)的四周边侧设置有导光孔，该导光孔中安装有与LED灯板(9)连接的导光柱(8)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的数码相框的显示屏前镜面装置，其特征在于：所述上壳(2)外侧卡置有前框透明装饰件(3)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的数码相框的显示屏前镜面装置，其特征在于：所述下壳(5)上设有支架(10)。
