本实用新型的第一个实施例是一种大功率LED路灯灯体,参考图1、图2、图3、图4、图5,LED路灯灯体包括头段101、中段102、尾段103,头段101与中段102对接设置,中段102的另一端与尾段103对接设置;头段101与中段102之间设有密封垫104,头段101通过螺丝钉105与中段102连接;尾段103与中段102之间设有密封垫106,尾段103通过螺丝钉105与中段102连接;中段102是一种型材,沿型材长度方向,不同位置具有相同的横截面;型材具有基板1021,基板1021呈平板状,基板1021沿型材长度方向延伸,基板1021具有二个面,正面1022和反面;正面1022的二个边缘分别设置侧板1024,反面上设置若干个散热翅1023;头段101具有第一横板1011,第一横板1011设置在与中段102对接的一端;尾段103具有第二横板1031,第二横板1031设置在与中段102对接的一端;第一横板1011、第二横板1031、中段102正面1022二边缘的侧板1024、中段102的正面1022共界定出一个腔体,中段102的正面1022构成腔体的底,第一横板1011、第二横1031板、中段102正面1022二边缘的侧板1024构成腔体的四壁,腔体四壁远离底的一端设有用于容置灯罩的台阶,本实施例中,四面侧壁的台阶构成一个容纳灯罩的止口;头段101具有一段管1012,管1012的轴心与第一横板1011垂直,第一横板1011设有一通向管1012内的出线孔,本实施例中,出线孔处还安装一防水接头,防止水或水汽进入腔体,导致短路;管1012的侧壁具有贯通管壁的螺纹孔1013;头段101、中段102、尾段103均采用导热材料制成,本实施例中的导热材料指导热性能好的铝材;本实施例的LED路灯灯体,头段101与尾段103之间通过螺钉拉紧连接,螺钉设置于散热翅1023间的空隙内,图5中未示出该螺钉,尾段103顶部的孔1032即为穿该螺钉用,本实施例中头段101与该孔1032对应处设置螺纹孔,供该螺钉旋入,当然头段101顶部也以可采用与尾段103对应的孔,用一螺栓穿于二孔之中,用螺母锁紧即可,此处设置螺钉或螺栓的目的在于改善头段101与中段102之间螺丝钉的受力,尤其是对于中段102效长的LED路灯灯体,更为必要,本实施例中头段101与尾段103之间的拉紧螺钉有一条,必要时可以采用三条或更多;参考图1,本实施例中,管1012的外壁具有突起的棱1014,棱1014沿轴向设置,所述的螺纹孔1013设置在棱1014上;中段之侧板1024沿型材长度方向延伸,二边的侧板1024对称设置,侧板1024的横截面呈钩状,钩的根部设置在正面1022的边缘,二侧板1024钩尖相向设置;钩尖朝向正面1022的一端具有与正面平行的第一平面,相向的钩尖处具有与第一平面垂直的第二平面,第二平面与正面垂直,第二平面与第一平面共同界定出第一棱,第二平面又与第三平面共同界定出第二棱,第三平面与第一平面平行,第三平面与第一平面相比远离正面,第三平面又与第四平面共同界定出直角,第四平面与第二平面平行设置,第四平面与第二平面相比远离钩尖;第三平面与第四平面共同界定出所述的台阶;中段之散热翅1023也呈板状,散热翅1023与基板1021垂直设置,散热翅1023沿型材长度方向延伸,各个散热翅1023之间平行设置,第一个散热翅和最后一个散热翅分别设置于反面的二边缘;参考图1,第一横板1011朝向中段102的一面具有二块突起的定位板1015,二块定位板1015分别位于二钩状侧板1024内侧,置于侧板1024的钩内,在头段101和中段102组装时起定位销的作用;第二横板1031朝向中段102的一面具有二块突起的定位板1033,二块定位板分别位于二钩状侧板1024内侧,置于侧板1024的钩内;中段102的正面设有若干个圆形的孔1025,孔1025靠近正面1022的一侧与所述的腔体连通,孔1025是供头段101及尾段103与中段102连接时的螺纹底孔,目的是方便组装作业;头段101对应处设有相应的孔1016,尾段103对应处也设有相应的孔1034,供穿螺钉用;头段101设有散热翅1017,且与中段102之散热翅1023同向设置,头段101有二片散热翅1017,与中段102最二侧之二片散热翅具有相同的截面形状;头段101的二片散热翅1017与中段102最二侧之二片散热翅对接设置;头段101之散热翅1017远离中段102的一端,顶面与侧面之间具有倒角;尾段103也设有散热翅1035,且与中段102之散热翅1023同向设置,尾段103有二片散热翅,与中段102最二侧之二片散热翅具有相同的截面形状;尾段103的二片散热翅1035与中段最二侧之二片散热翅对接设置;尾段103之散热翅1035远离中102段的一端,顶面与侧面之间具有倒角;头段101及尾段102是铝通过压铸方式制成的,中段102是铝型材;密封垫104是导热硅胶制成的。The first embodiment of the utility model is a high-power LED street lamp body, referring to Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, the LED street lamp body includes a
