本实用新型涉及一种球阀。
背景技术
目前常用球阀的阀芯由铜制成，阀体等由其他金属材料制成，其共同缺点是阀芯和阀体之间的摩擦较为严重，磨损会使密封性能变差，造成渗漏，使用寿命也随之减少。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种摩擦小、密封性能好、使用寿命长的球阀。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是：该球阀包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆和手柄，其结构特点是所述的阀芯和阀杆位于阀体内，阀芯和阀杆相连接，阀杆的上端伸出阀体并与手柄相固定，阀杆和阀芯之间设置有密封圈。
本实用新型所述阀芯与阀杆的连接处为一凹槽，阀杆的下端带有凸块，凹槽与凸块相配合。
本实用新型所述的手柄与阀体通过螺栓相固定。
本实用新型所述的阀体和手柄为PPR材质，阀芯和阀杆为钢材质。
本实用新型所述的密封圈为聚塑复乙烯材质。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下有益效果：阀体和手柄为PPR材质，阀芯和阀杆为钢材质，两者之间的耐磨性能好，且同时保证了结构强度和密封性能，其使用寿命也有所延长，且环保无污染、不起锈、体积轻。

具体实施方式
参见图1～图4，本实施例包括阀体4、阀芯5、阀杆2和手柄1，阀芯5和阀杆2位于阀体4内，阀芯5和阀杆2相连接，阀杆2的上端伸出阀体4并与手柄1通过螺栓6连接固定，阀杆2和阀芯5之间设置有密封圈3。阀芯5与阀杆2的连接处为一凹槽，阀杆2的下端带有凸块，凹槽与凸块相配合。
阀体4和手柄1为PPR材质，阀芯5和阀杆2为钢材质。密封圈3为聚塑复乙烯材质。
使用时，转动手柄1，手柄1通过阀杆2带动阀芯5在阀体4内转动，以达到开合的目的。密封圈3则起到良好的密封作用。

1. 一种球阀，包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆和手柄，其特征是：所述的阀芯和阀杆位于阀体内，阀芯和阀杆相连接，阀杆的上端伸出阀体并与手柄相固定，阀杆和阀芯之间设置有密封圈。
