Abstract
金刚石刀头，在刀头中粗粒度层与细粒度层或高强度层与低强度层交替层层叠加设置，每层中的金刚石均匀分布；金刚石刀头的分层方向和主要切削面一致。本实用新型是将金刚石在刀头中的分布形式规矩化，粗粒度或高强度与细粒度或低强度的，层层叠加，每层中的金刚石均匀分布，粘接强度高且一致，这样在磨削过程中粗加工和细加工交替进行，每层金刚石的脱粒速度基本一致，加工效率高，质量好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及金刚石刀头，特别涉及一种高效分强度粒度金刚石刀头。
背景技术
金刚石工具，由于金刚石的超硬性，近些年在各种制造中得到广泛应用，相比较而言，金刚石工具的使用寿命是其他普通工具的几十倍。在混凝土、石材等加工过程中，经常需要切割和磨削，近些年广泛应用了金刚石工具。传统的金刚石锯片的刀头，都是将金刚石，金属粘结剂，骨架材料及特种微量元素的混合物，通过高温烧结压制成所要求的刀头形状，焊接在相配备的机体上使用。如图1、图2所示，这种大混合刀头设计，在金刚石及粘接剂混合烧结体1制作过程中，混料不均匀，金刚石粒度的分布紧紧松松，大大小小，金刚石颗粒的粘接牢固度差别大，金刚石颗粒在参加磨削过程中耐用度差，各部位受力不均，振动加大，加重了刀具损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种加工效率高、质量好金刚石刀头。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：金刚石刀头，在刀头中粗粒度层与细粒度层或高强度层与低强度层交替层层叠加设置，每层中的金刚石均匀分布。
所述的金刚石刀头的分层方向和主要切削面一致。
本实用新型是将金刚石在刀头中的分布形式规矩化，粗粒度或高强度与细粒度或低强度的，层层叠加，每层中的金刚石均匀分布，粘接强度高且一致，这样在磨削过程中粗加工和细加工交替进行，每层金刚石的脱粒速度基本一致，加工效率高，质量好。

具体实施方式
实施例：如图3、4所示的金刚石刀头，金刚石在刀头中的分布形式规矩化，不同粒度的金刚石以不同层的形式存在，一层粗粒度金刚石混合层3，再一层细粒度金刚石混合层4，层层叠加，每层中的金刚石均匀分布，粘接强度高且一致。图3中2是主要切割面，图4中5是侧切割面。
金刚石在刀头中的分布形式还可以不同强度的金刚石以不同层的形式存在，一层高强度金刚石混合层3，再一层低强度金刚石混合层4，层层叠加，每层中的金刚石均匀分布，粘接强度高且一致，在切削过程中，强度高的金刚石耐用，脱粒慢，强度低的金刚石相对不耐用，脱粒快，便于形成切削刃，锋利，加工效率高。
每层均由金刚石，金属粘结剂，骨架材料及特种微量元素的构成，压制成所要求的刀头形状后烧结成品。高效分粒度强度金刚石刀头的分层方向和主要切削面一致，这样才可以在加工过程中实现高效率。

1. 金刚石刀头，其特征在于：在刀头中粗粒度层与细粒度层或高强度层与低强度层交替层层叠加设置，每层中的金刚石均匀分布。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的金刚石刀头，其特征在于：所述的金刚石刀头的分层方向和切削面一致。
