现有品锅的把手，其结构是在锅体的上设置有连在锅体上的突起。这种结构的把手由于突起体积小，在锅体很热的状态下使用，用手指把持突起时，手指与锅体的接触距离很近，手指极易被锅体烫伤。这种结构顶另一缺点是，用手握持把手时，手与突起接触面积小，锅体极易从手中滑脱。
