玉米摘穗后需要进行剥皮作业，若采用手工作业，劳动强度大，工作效率低；采用现有的剥皮机械进行剥皮，虽然能够提高效率，减轻劳动都的工作强度，但剥皮机的结构复杂，成本较高，在普通农民家庭推广普及有一定困难。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种能够提高工作效率，降低劳动强度，成本低，结构简单，使用方便的玉米剥皮机。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种玉米剥皮机，包括机身1，机身1上设有进料口2，动力座3与机身1连接，电机4安装在动力座3上，主动轴5安装在轴承座6上，主动轴5通过皮带7与电机4连接，主动轴5上设有螺旋条8和橡胶钉9，主动轴5通过齿轮10与传动轴11相配合，多个带凸起的橡胶轮12套在传动轴11上。主动轴5两端的轴承座6不在同一水平面上。
本实用新型所提供的玉米剥皮机，由于主动轴上设有螺旋条和橡胶钉，传动轴上装有多个橡胶轮，主动轴和传动轴相互配合，能够很好地完成玉米剥皮作业，替代手工操作，提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的具体结构如下：一种玉米剥皮机，包括机身1，机身1上设有进料口2，动力座3与机身1连接，电机4安装在动力座3上，主动轴5安装在轴承座6上，主动轴5通过皮带7与电机4连接，主动轴5上设有螺旋条8和橡胶钉9，主动轴5通过齿轮10与传动轴11相配合，多个带凸起的橡胶轮12套在传动轴11上。主动轴5两端的轴承座6不在同一水平面上。
本实用新型的工作过程如下：打开电机3，电机4通过皮带7带动主动轴5转动，主动轴5通过齿轮10带动传动轴11转动，从机身1上部的进料口2投入玉米，由于主动轴5两端的轴承座6不在同一水平面上，使得主动轴5和传动轴11与水平面有一定的倾角，投入的玉米在主动轴5和传动轴11之间滚动，在主动轴5上的螺旋条8、橡胶钉9以及传动轴11上的橡胶轮12的作用下，将玉米皮剥下，得到去皮后的玉米棒。

1、一种玉米剥皮机，包括机身(1)，机身(1)上设有进料口(2)，动力座(3)与机身(1)连接，其特征在于：电机(4)安装在动力座(3)上，主动轴(5)安装在轴承座(6)上，主动轴(5)通过皮带(7)与电机(4)连接，主动轴(5)上设有螺旋条(8)和橡胶钉(9)，主动轴(5)通过齿轮(10)与传动轴(11)相配合，多个带凸起的橡胶轮(12)套在传动轴(11)上。
