一种太阳能LED七彩变色路灯,涉及利用太阳能光伏电源的户外照明装置;在与灯杆相联接的灯臂上安装有供照明用的路灯灯头,在灯杆上部安装有供景观欣赏用的LED七彩变色灯和供安放蓄电池和太阳能控制器用的电气柜。本实用新型中同一种产品提供了照明和景观欣赏两种不同的功能;所有价值贵重的部件均放置在灯杆的上部,增加了防盗能力,提高了系统安全性;设计紧凑合理,满足了外形美观的要求。

太阳能LED七彩变色路灯
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及利用太阳能光伏电源的户外照明和景观欣赏装置。
背景技术:
在太阳能户外照明领域,一方面,普通的太阳能路灯仅提供照明功能,而普通的景观灯,例如采用LED光源的五彩或七彩变色灯,因亮度不够,不能用于道路照明用途。在现有太阳能户外灯具设计方案中,尚未见到能够同时满足这两项功能的产品或者其设计。另一方面,由于太阳能路灯需要安装在户外,防盗问题就显得比较重要,部件被盗或者被破坏的案例时有发生,目前尚无有效的解决方法。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种太阳能LED七彩变色路灯,以便较好地解决在背景技术中所涉及的现有产品的不足。
它由底座、灯杆、灯臂、供照明用的路灯灯头、供景观欣赏用的圆柱体LED七彩变色灯、电气柜、太阳能电池板支架和太阳能电池板组成;灯臂由上下两根具有一定曲度的钢管组成,上钢管一端与灯杆联接,另一端与路灯灯头联接,下钢管一端与灯杆联接,另一端与上钢管腰部联接,起支撑作用。在灯杆的上部依次安装有LED七彩变色灯、电气柜、太阳能电池板支架、太阳能电池板,其中LED七彩变色灯的轴心线和电气柜的几何中心线与灯杆的轴心线重合。
路灯灯头起照明作用,可以用大功率LED作光源,也可以用常规节能灯作光源;它的形状可以是各种类型,例如方型、圆型、长条型等;它的功率大小,可根据路面宽度及道路等级的不同来选择相应的功率。
LED七彩变色灯供景观欣赏用,它的透光罩形状为圆柱体,上下端部带有棱边,圆柱体的轴心线与灯杆的轴心线重合;它用各种不同发光颜色的LED作光源,通过控制器来控制变色功能。
电气柜由顶部为倾斜平面,底部带有金属管的空心金属柜所构成,它的几何中心线与灯杆的轴心线重合;它的内部空间用来安放蓄电池和太阳能控制器等电气部件;它的顶部倾斜平面与太阳能电池板支架相联接,倾斜平面与地面所形成的夹角范围在安装地点的地理纬度+10°~-10°之间。
本实用新型中所有价值贵重的部件均放置在灯杆的上部,这样就增加了防盗能力,提高了系统的安全性;同一种产品提供了照明和景观欣赏两种不同的功能,由于设计紧凑合理,也满足了外形美观的要求。

在图1中,底座(8)上面安装有灯杆(7),灯臂(6)由上下两根具有一定曲度的钢管组成,上钢管一端与灯杆(7)联接,另一端与路灯灯头(5)联接,下钢管一端与灯杆(7)联接,另一端与上钢管腰部联接,起支撑作用。路灯灯头(5)起照明作用,可以用大功率LED作光源,也可以用常规节能灯作光源;它的形状可以是各种类型,例如方型、圆型、长条型等,在本实施例中路灯灯头(5)采用大功率LED作光源的蛇头灯头。LED七彩变色灯(4)供景观欣赏用,在本实施例中它套在电气柜(3)底部的钢管外面,钢管的下端插入灯杆(7)的上端开口,并通过螺栓来锁紧,这种联接方式保证了电气柜(3)的几何中心线和LED七彩变色灯(4)的轴心线与灯杆(7)轴心线的同心度。电气柜(3)由顶部为倾斜平面,底部带有钢管的空心铁皮柜所构成,电气柜(3)上部的几何中心线与底部钢管的轴心线重合,当钢管插入灯杆(7)的上端开口时,整个电气柜(3)的几何中心线就与灯杆(7)的轴心线重合。它的内部空间用来安放蓄电池和太阳能控制器等电气部件。这种结构可以保证由蓄电池等重物所产生的重力作用线在底座(8)的范围内,提高系统的力学稳定性。它的顶部倾斜平面与太阳能电池板支架相联接,倾斜平面与地面所形成的夹角范围在安装地点的地理纬度+10°~-10°之间,可保证太阳能电池板在全年内接受到最多的太阳辐射能。
本实施例中所有价值贵重的部件均放置在灯杆的上部,增加了防盗能力,提高了系统的安全性;同一种产品提供了照明和景观欣赏两种不同的功能,由于设计紧凑合理,也满足了外形美观的要求。

Claims (4)

1.一种太阳能LED七彩变色路灯,其特征是:在与灯杆相联接的灯臂上安装有供照明用的路灯灯头,在灯杆上部安装有供景观欣赏用的LED七彩变色灯和供安放蓄电池和太阳能控制器用的电气柜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能LED七彩变色路灯,其特征是:供照明用的路灯灯头可以用LED作光源,也可以用常规节能灯作光源。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能LED七彩变色路灯,其特征是:供景观欣赏用的LED七彩变色灯的透光罩形状为圆柱体,上下端部带有棱边,圆柱体的轴心线与灯杆的轴心线重合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能LED七彩变色路灯,其特征是:电气柜由顶部为倾斜平面,底部带有金属管的空心金属柜所构成,它的几何中心线与灯杆的轴心线重合。
