Abstract
一种复合保温装饰玻璃墙板，它包括装饰玻璃，在该装饰玻璃后侧依次粘有PVB胶片、丝布、PVB胶片及保温层板，使装饰玻璃、PVB胶片、丝布、PVB胶片及保温层板形成一个复合整体，在保温层板内设有钢骨架。使用时，在保温层板面上罩有钢丝网，将内置保温层板内的钢骨架与建筑物预埋件固定连接，钢丝网置于建筑物内，装饰玻璃在建筑物外。其优点是可实现工厂化生产，施工现场成品化安装，使工程质量及工程进度能得到保证，现场操作方便、省时、省力且集保温装饰一体化，降低环境污染。
Description
技术领域：
本实用新型涉及建筑行业的墙体，具体地说是一种集保温装饰一体化的复合保温装饰玻璃墙板。
背景技术：
目前，在建筑市场常见的墙体归纳起来主要有两大类，一是砌块类，如炉渣水泥空气砌块、灰砂加气砼砌块、陶粒砼砌块、普通砼砌块等，但这类砌块墙墙体易产生龟裂、渗漏等质量隐患而且不具有装饰性；二是预制板类，如钢丝网架夹蕊墙板、GRC复合墙板等，这类多数不能作为建筑的外墙墙体，不具有保温功能。为了达到保温节能效果，外墙必须进行保温隔热处理。现在外墙外保温作为建筑节能的一种主要形势被广泛应用，其中EPS板薄抹灰外墙外保温在应用中比例较大，但都采用现场湿作业方式，该方式工程受环境影响较大，大量工作靠人工现场配比调节，操作的规范性与熟练性要求较高，工序复杂，工程进度不好控制，对环境污染较大。
发明内容：
鉴于上述现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种现场操作方便、省时、省力且集保温装饰一体化的复合保温装饰玻璃墙板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它包括装饰玻璃，其特征是：在该装饰玻璃后侧依次粘有PVB胶片、丝布、PVB胶片及保温层板，使装饰玻璃、PVB胶片、丝布、PVB胶片及保温层板形成一个复合整体，在保温层板内设有钢骨架。使用时，在保温层板面上罩有钢丝网，将内置保温层板内的钢骨架与建筑物预埋件固定连接，钢丝网置于建筑物内，装饰玻璃在建筑物外。
本实用新型的优点是可实现工厂化生产，施工现场成品化安装，使工程质量及工程进度能得到保证，现场操作方便、省时、省力且集保温装饰一体化，降低环境污染。

具体实施方式：
由附图可知，本实用新型由透明单层装饰玻璃1、PVB胶片2、丝布3和PVB胶片4、保温层板5及钢丝网7构成。丝布3两侧均通过树脂胶与PVB胶片2和PVB胶片4相粘结，利用PVB胶片2和胶将丝布3牢固粘结在透明单层装饰玻璃1上，保温层板5可选用XPS挤塑聚苯板、EPS膨胀聚苯板或PUF聚氨脂硬泡板。保温层板5内预埋包裹的钢骨架6可以由槽钢、扁钢、方钢、角钢、方管或扁管制作而成。钢丝网7罩在保温层板面上。丝布3包括各种纺织类布匹、非纺织类无纺布。

1.一种复合保温装饰玻璃墙板，它包括装饰玻璃，其特征是：在该装饰玻璃后侧依次粘有PVB胶片、丝布、PVB胶片及保温层板，在保温层板内设有钢骨架。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合保温装饰玻璃墙板，其特征是：在保温层板面上罩有钢丝网。
3.如权利要求1所述的复合保温装饰玻璃墙板，其特征是：所述的保温层板可选用XPS挤塑聚苯板、EPS膨胀聚苯板或PUF聚氨脂硬泡板。
4.如权利要求1所述的复合保温装饰玻璃墙板，其特征是：保温层板内所设的钢骨架可以由槽钢、扁钢、方钢、角钢、方管或扁管制作而成。
