背景技术
目前，公知的饮料瓶都不具备区分使用者的功能，经常会造成不同人的饮料瓶的错拿，错饮，不仅给我们的生活带来不便，而且还会带来病菌的传播。
发明内容
为了克服现有的饮料瓶无法分辨使用者，经常出现不同使用人错拿错饮的不足，本实用新型提供一种可以分辨使用者的饮料瓶，该饮料瓶通过其设置在瓶体中部的字母标签和遮盖涂层，解决了饮料瓶使用者的分辨问题，不仅避免了饮料瓶的错拿错饮问题，而且还有效避免了由于饮料瓶错拿而带来病菌传染问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种可以分辨使用者的饮料瓶，瓶体上部(3)上设有瓶口(2)，在瓶口(2)的上部设有瓶盖(1)。在瓶体中部(4)的下方设有字母标签(5)，字母标签(5)等间距地分布在瓶体中部(4)的圆周上，且其数量为两个以上。在字母标签(5)的下方还设有遮盖涂层(6)。在使用时，饮料的饮用者需要根据自己的中文名字或英文名字将字母标签(5)下方的遮盖涂层(6)刮掉，露出遮盖涂层(6)底部的“√”符号，这样每一个饮料瓶就有了不同的标签，达到了饮料瓶的区分的目的，从而可以有效地解决饮料瓶的错拿错饮问题。
本实用新型的有益效果是，利用设置在瓶体中部的字母标签和涂层，解决了饮料瓶使用者的分辨问题，不仅避免了饮料瓶的错拿错饮问题，而且还有效避免了由于饮料瓶错拿而带来病菌传染问题。

在图1、图2中，一种可以分辨使用者的饮料瓶，瓶体上部(3)上设有瓶口(2)，在瓶口(2)的上部设有瓶盖(1)。在瓶体中部(4)的下方设有字母标签(5)，字母标签(5)等间距地分布在瓶体中部(4)的圆周上，且其数量为两个以上。在字母标签(5)的下方还设有遮盖涂层(6)。在使用时，饮料的饮用者需要根据自己的中文名字或英文名字将字母标签(5)下方的遮盖涂层(6)刮掉，露出遮盖涂层(6)底部的“√”符号，这样每一个饮料瓶就有了不同的标签，达到了饮料瓶的区分的目的，从而可以有效地解决饮料瓶的错拿错饮问题。

1.一种可以分辨使用者的饮料瓶，其特征是：一种可以分辨使用者的饮料瓶，瓶体上部(3)上设有瓶口(2)，在瓶口(2)的上部设有瓶盖(1)；在瓶体中部(4)的下方设有字母标签(5)；在字母标签(5)的下方还设有遮盖涂层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以分辨使用者的饮料瓶，其特征是：字母标签(5)等间距地分布在瓶体中部(4)的圆周上，且其数量为两个以上。
