本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该轿车用后排座椅锁扣包括手柄、外壳、手柄轴、锁钩、锁卡板、锁钩轴、锁钩拟簧、拟簧和锁槽，其特征在于还设置有限位卡座、限位板和限位座，限位卡座与限位板连成一体，限位板套在手柄轴上，而限位座则安装在锁卡板上，并与限位卡座相配合。

参见图1-图2，本实施例主要由手柄1、外壳2、手柄轴3、锁钩4、限位卡座5、锁卡板6、锁钩轴7、锁钩拟簧8、拟簧9、限位板10、锁槽11和限位座12组成，手柄1和锁卡板6通过手柄轴3固定在外壳2上，可以转动；锁钩4用锁钩轴7固定在外壳2上，可以转动；锁钩4与锁卡板6配合，限位卡座5与限位板10连成一体，限位板10套在手柄轴3上，而限位座12则安装在锁卡板6上，并与限位卡座12相配合；锁槽11开在外壳2上，锁槽11与锁钩4配合；锁钩拟簧8套入锁钩轴7分别与锁钩4和限位板10固定，限位板10分别固定在外壳2和锁卡板6上。
使用时，拉动手柄1，带动锁卡板6，锁卡板6在限位座12的作用下，在限位卡座5之间限位滑动，锁钩4与锁卡板6脱开；用人力可以将后座翻动；放开手柄1，锁钩4在锁钩拟簧8的作用下复位，卡板6在拟簧9的作用下复位，锁钩4与锁卡板6锁住。
