本实用新型涉及一种水产养殖作业用塑料浮球。其特征在于，浮球设三层包皮，外层用硬塑料，夹层用泡沫塑料，内层用塑料作成，内腔充气；三层间紧密贴连，彼此间无缝隙。本实用新型优点在于，采用塑料制造，重量轻，成本低，售价便宜，搬运容易，又可以实现工业化规模生产，泡沫塑料具有减缓外力冲击作用，具有保护内层功能，使内层受外力冲击小，又有防老化作用，如果外层破损，内层尚可完整，继续使用，如果发现外层破损，及时更换新球，也不会对养殖生产造成破坏，延长了使用寿命，降低了水产养殖成本。如果外层包皮配有不同色彩，则更加艳丽，又容易区分不同养殖对象，具备很好的推广应用价值，其具有很好的市场前景。

水产养殖要用大量浮球，用玻璃做的浮球很重，搬运困难，价格贵，又很容易破碎，采用塑料制造浮球，成本低，重量轻，搬运容易，又可以规模化生产，售价便宜，已经被广泛应用，问题在于，水上风浪大，相互碰撞后，容易破裂，进水而下沉，塑料容易老化，有硬物碰撞，也容易破裂，而进水下沉，失去其应有作用和使用价值。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术之不足，提供一种新结构塑料浮球。
一种塑料浮球，其特征在于，浮球设有三层包皮，外层用硬塑料、夹层用泡沫塑料、内层用塑料作成，内腔充气；三层间紧密贴连，彼此间无缝隙。
本实用新型优点在于，采用塑料制造，重量轻，成本低，售价便宜，搬运容易，又可以实现工业化规模生产，更主要好处还在于即使外层破裂，也不容易进水下沉，泡沫塑料具有减缓冲击作用，具有保护内层功能，使内层受外力冲击小，又有防老化作用，如果外层破损，内层尚可完整，继续使用，如果发现外层破损，及时更换新球，也不会对养殖生产造成破坏，延长了使用寿命，降低了水产养殖的生产成本。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作出进一步地详细描述。
如图所示，浮球直径为320mm，外层1采用硬塑料作成，如聚乙烯或ABs，其厚度2～5mm，夹层2采用泡沫塑料，如聚苯乙烯、聚氨酯等，其比重轻于水，即使浸水，也不会下沉，它可以减缓外力冲击，用以保护内层3，夹层2厚度可为3～15mm，内层3采用塑料作成，如ABS、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等；为生产制造方便，外层1也可以采用玻璃钢作成。球内有空气4，浮球上设有联系绳索的耳环5。三层包皮间紧密贴连，彼此间无缝隙，不具存水空间，外层破裂也不会下沉，塑料浮球，可以用于江河、湖泊、海面水产养殖，无毒副作用，又不易滋生水上浮游物，如果外层包皮配有不同外观色彩，则更加艳丽，并容易区分不同的养殖对象，深受养殖作业人员的欢迎，具备很好的推广应用价值，具有很好的市场前景。

1.一种塑料浮球，其特征在于，浮球设有三层包皮，外层(1)用硬塑料、夹层(2)用泡沫塑料、内层(3)用塑料作成，内腔充气。
2.按照权利要求1所述塑料浮球，其特征在于，三层包皮间紧密贴连，彼此间无缝隙。
