Abstract

抛物线钻,包括顶部的钻尖及钻杆,钻杆上开有螺旋形排屑槽与钻尖延伸联接,排屑槽的槽面与钻杆表面联接处为切削刃,排屑槽槽面为一外凸的抛物线表面与切削刃联接。本实用新型的工作寿命比普通麻花钻提高3倍以上,而维护费用仅为麻花钻的2/3,加工精度高,加工的产品质量稳定,废品率大大降低。

本实用新型涉及一种钻具,特别是用于加工金属材料的钻头。
背景技术:
与本实用新型相似的钻头为麻花钻,传统麻花钻的螺旋型排屑槽的槽面为内凹的曲面,其排屑时的容屑空间小,排屑不流畅,冷却液不容易到达钻尖,润滑冷却效果差;其切削刃的修磨难度大,影响断屑效果。因而现有的麻花钻的维护成本高,工作寿命短,其加工的产品的质量的精度和稳定性不高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有麻花钻的上述缺点,提供一种改进结构的抛物线钻。
实现本实用新型上述目的的技术方案是:抛物线钻,包括顶部的钻尖及钻杆,钻杆上开有螺旋形排屑槽与钻尖延伸联接,排屑槽的槽面与钻杆表面联接处为切削刃,排屑槽槽面为一外凸的抛物线型表面与切削刃联接。
前述的钻尖为双后角钻尖。
本实用新型改进了排屑槽槽面,将原来麻花钻内凹曲面状的排屑槽槽面改为外凸的抛物线型的槽面,大大增加了容屑空间,使排屑顺畅,冷却液易到达钻尖,润滑冷却效果好,可使修磨后的切削刃为正前角,减少了轴向力,切削轻快,并可方便地改善断屑作用,可增加钻头的螺旋角(可达40度以上),使排屑更流畅,支持钻尖做成双后角,提高钻孔效率。本实用新型的工作寿命比普通麻花钻提高3倍以上,而维护费用仅为麻花钻的2/3,加工精度高,加工的产品质量稳定,废品率大大降低。

以下结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
抛物线钻,包括顶部的钻尖1及钻杆2,钻杆2上开有螺旋形排屑槽3与钻尖1延伸联接,排屑槽3的槽面5与钻杆2表面联接处为切削刃4,排屑槽槽面5为一外凸的抛物线型表面与切削刃4联接。钻尖1为双后角钻尖。

1.抛物线钻,包括顶部的钻尖及钻杆,钻杆上开有螺旋形排屑槽与钻尖延伸联接,排屑槽的槽面与钻杆表面联接处为切削刃,其特征在于:排屑槽槽面为一外凸的抛物线型表面与切削刃联接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抛物线钻,其特征在于:所述的钻尖为双后角钻尖。
