Abstract

本实用新型一种织布层渗入的鞋底构造，其包括一鞋底以及一织布层，其中织布层是结合于该鞋底的底部，该鞋底的底部渗透至该织布层与其卡合，该鞋底的底部前侧朝下渗透经过该织布层并形成多数道朝下突出该织布层的止滑条；本实用新型通过由各止滑条的设置达到防滑的优良功效，织布层不局限于凹槽布框内，并以布面的织布层增加外观的美观，再者，由于本实用新型的鞋底构造具有织布层，不全然为塑料或橡胶材质，因此于外销时可以降低关税。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种鞋子的构造，尤指一种鞋底。
背景技术
现有的橡胶鞋底是于后端形成一鞋跟并于前侧的底面形成接触地面的平面，由于鞋底缺乏增加摩擦力的形状，因此于制作成鞋子供使用者穿着时容易产生滑倒的状况。
并且由于上述的鞋底皆为橡胶或塑料等相同的材质一体制成，因此于外销时所抽取的关税较附加其它布面等不同材质的鞋底高，因此不利于外销。
现有的橡胶鞋底由于底面缺乏增加摩擦力的形状，因此会有使用上止滑效果差，容易滑倒的缺点，并且由于鞋底皆为橡胶或塑料等相同的材质制成，因此于出口至国外时无法有效地降低关税。
实用新型内容
有鉴于上述问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种织布层渗入的鞋底构造。以于鞋底前侧形成止滑条并于该处结合织布层的技术手段，通过此解决现有技术存在的上述问题。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型提供一种织布层渗入的鞋底构造，该鞋底构造包括一鞋底以及一织布层，其特征在于：
该织布层是结合于该鞋底的底部，该鞋底的底部渗透至该织布层与其卡合，该鞋底的底部前侧朝下渗透经过该织布层并形成多数道朝下突出该织布层的止滑条。
较佳的，鞋底的底部与织布层一同形成一连续的波浪形状或其它花纹形状。
较佳的，止滑条为波浪形状或其它形状，依鞋形设计不同形状排列变化。
本实用新型的有益效果是，通过由各止滑条的设置，于使用者穿着步行时能提供防滑的优良功效，并能以布面的织布层增加整体外观的美观，且由于本实用新型的鞋底构造具有织布层，不全然为塑料或橡胶材质，因此于外销时可以降低关税。
进一步本实用新型于织布层以及渗透到织布层的鞋底底部一同形成波浪或其它形状，通过此，以其凹凸构造增添本实用新型整体的美观。

具体实施方式
本实用新型是一种织布层渗入的鞋底构造，请参看图1至图2的第一较佳实施例，其包括一鞋底10以及一织布层20，其中：
鞋底10于后端形成一鞋跟11，织布层20结合于鞋底10位于鞋跟11前侧的底部，鞋底10的底部渗透至织布层20与其卡合，鞋底10的底部与织布层20并一同形成一连续的波浪形状21；鞋底10前侧的底部朝下渗透经过织布层20并形成多道朝下突出织布层20的止滑条12。
请参看图3的第二较佳实施例，其是改变第一较佳实施例中织布层20结合于鞋底10的位置以及止滑条12的形状。
第二较佳实施例是包括一鞋底10A以及一织布层20A，其中：
织布层20A是结合于鞋底10A的前侧底部，鞋底10A的底部渗透至织布层20A与其卡合，鞋底10A前侧的底部朝下渗透经过织布层20A，于结合织布层20A的范围内并形成多道朝下突出织布层20A的止滑条12A。
上述第一、二较佳实施例的止滑条12、12A除为以上所述为多道的设置以外，亦可以为其它不等数量的限制，且形状不限为波浪形状或者直条形状，本实用新型在此不加以限制。

Claims (4)

1.一种织布层渗入的鞋底构造，其包括一鞋底以及一织布层，其特征在于：
该织布层是结合于该鞋底的底部，该鞋底的底部渗透至该织布层与其卡合，该鞋底的底部前侧朝下渗透经过该织布层并形成多数道朝下突出该织布层的止滑条。
2.如权利要求1所述的织布层渗入的鞋底构造，其特征在于，所述鞋底的底部与织布层一同形成一连续的波浪形状。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的织布层渗入的鞋底构造，其特征在于，所述止滑条为波浪形状。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的织布层渗入的鞋底构造，其特征在于，所述止滑条为直条形状。
