本专利涉及一种穿越非耦合腔的交叉耦合同轴结构,属于微波通信技术领域。
背景技术
传统的同轴腔体滤波器腔体之间都是交错排布,腔体之间通过飞杆来进行感性或容性耦合,现实中往往由于空间的要求必须进行直腔排布,这样采用传统的单飞杆在直腔之间是无法实现交叉耦合的。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述缺陷,本专利要解决直腔交叉耦合难以实现的问题。
为解决现有技术中的问题,本专利涉及一种穿越非耦合腔的交叉耦合同轴结构,为解决现有的直腔(1)、直腔(2)、直腔(3)之间需要交叉耦合而结构难以实现的问题,选用一根同轴电缆线,同轴电缆线两端的裸露内导体(6)伸入耦合腔直腔(1)和直腔(3)内,中间同轴电缆(5)通过卡座(4)固定在腔体(2)的两壁上,根据同轴电缆的长度和耦合要求调节裸露内导体(6)的连接方式实现容性耦合或感性耦合。
本专利中,所述同轴电缆线可以连接到腔体底部上,也可以连接到腔体的侧壁上。
本专利中,所述同轴电缆线可以用光铜线代替,光铜线与腔壁的特性阻抗等于同轴电缆线特性阻抗。
本专利的有益效果是,耦合同轴电缆线结构实现了直腔之间交叉耦合,增加了传输零点,提高了带外抑制特性。

具体实施方式
本专利的一个优选实施例中,在双工器的三个直腔1、2、3中,选用一段特征阻抗为50Ω、长度为85mm的同轴电缆线,同轴电缆线两端的裸露内导体6伸入耦合腔直腔1和直腔3内,中间完整的同轴电缆5通过卡座4固定在直腔2的两壁上,根据计算λ/4=c/4 v=3*108/4(800*106)=93.75mm,同轴电缆长度小于四分之一波长,将同轴电缆裸露内导体6两端悬空实现容性交叉耦合。
下面将详细描述本实施例的一种穿越非耦合腔的交叉耦合同轴结构的特点。
1、所述同轴电缆线两端裸露铜导体,中间不裸露。
2、所述同轴电缆线长度可调。
3、所述同轴电缆线裸露铜内导体连接在侧壁上。
4、所述同轴电缆线没有采用光铜线。
采用本专利的一种穿越非耦合腔的交叉耦合同轴结构后,实现了直腔之间交叉耦合,增加了传输零点,提高了带外抑制特性。

1.一种穿越非耦合腔的交叉耦合同轴结构,其特征在于,包括用一根同轴电缆线,同轴电缆线两端的裸露内导体(6)伸入耦合腔直腔(1)和直腔(3)内,中间同轴电缆(5)通过卡座(4)固定在直腔(2)的两壁上,根据同轴电缆的长度和耦合要求调节裸露内导体(6)的连接方式实现容性耦合或感性耦合。
2.根据权利1所述的一种穿越非耦合腔的交叉耦合同轴结构,其特征在于,其中所述的同轴电缆线可以连接到腔体底部上,也可以连接到腔体的侧壁上。
3.根据权利1所述的一种穿越非耦合腔的交叉耦合同轴结构,其特征在于,其中所述的同轴电缆线可以用光铜线代替,光铜线与腔壁的特性阻抗等于同轴电缆线特性阻抗。
