从胸腔或腹腔内抽出积液是临床中常见的技术操作之一。目前，公知的胸腔和腹腔穿刺器械由穿刺针头和其尾部连接的橡胶软管组成，手术者需要在助手的配合下，反复多次地在橡胶软管口接上和拔下注射器，并用止血钳夹橡胶软管，其操作程序繁琐、费时费力，且容易引起感染，抽出的积液量也不易测量。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作简单、省时省力，不容易引起感染且易于测量出抽出积液量的穿刺抽吸装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括穿刺针头和注射器，其特征是在穿刺针头和注射器之间固定连有一橡胶的三通管，在三通管的下路支管上连有一透明的塑料盒，在塑料盒上设有容积刻度。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，构思巧妙。抽取胸、腹腔积液时，不需要反复地在橡胶软管口上接上和拔下注射器，使得操作非常简单。由于整个抽吸过程均在密闭状态下进行，所以大大减少了感染的机会。抽出的积液量随时可通过透明塑料盒上的刻度进行观察，方便了医务人员。

包括穿刺针头1和注射器2，其特征是在穿刺针头1和注射器2之间固定连有一橡胶的三通管3，在三通管3的下路支管上连有一透明的塑料盒4，在塑料盒4上设有容积刻度5。抽吸胸、腹腔积液时，拉动注射器2内的针栓，抽出的液体通过三通管3的下路支管进入透明塑料盒4，然后推回针栓，再次抽吸即可，抽出的积液量通过透明塑料盒4上的容积刻度5进行观察。
