Abstract

一种节能烧水壶,它是在普通烧水壶的基础上,将壶壁、壶盖、壶嘴制作成带夹层的双层金属结构,夹层内两金属表面抛光以减少热辐射,并用空气,惰性气体或其它合适的隔热材料填充以尽可能消除对流和减少热传导,同时也可以增强壶体的强度,壶底为单层金属结构。这种节能壶用于烧热水或开水,具有一定的保温性能,可以在烧水时节约能源消耗,节省烧水时间,从而实现节能降耗、减少污染,保护环境的目的。

本实用新型专利涉及一种双层结构的烧水壶,其目的是在烧热水或开水时能够节省烧水时间,节约能量消耗,减少污染排放,保护环境。
背景技术
目前,公知的烧水壶的壶体为圆柱体或扁球体,其侧壁、壶盖和壶嘴均为单层的金属构成,由于单金属层的导热性能很强,保温性能很差,当用这种壶烧热水或开水时,一方面壶底在吸收大量热量的同时,另一方面壶内一部分的热能又通过侧壁、壶盖和壶嘴被散失出去,导致烧水壶的热效率及能源的利用效率大幅降低,烧水的时间较长,热能消耗水平较高,烧好的热水或开水也不能被有效保温,也造成二次或多次烧水行为的发生,这些都会使能源消耗增加,污染物排放增加,环境破坏加剧。
发明内容
为了克服目前现有的烧水壶不利于节约能源和节省烧水时间的缺点,本实用新型提供一种节能烧水壶,该节能烧水壶不仅能够节约烧水时的能量消耗,节省烧水时间,而且还具有一定的保温性能。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的方案是:在目前现有的烧水壶的基础上,将侧壁、壶盖、壶嘴制作成带夹层的双层金属结构,夹层内两金属表面进行抛光以减少热辐射,并用空气,惰性气体或其它合适的隔热材料填充以尽可能消除对流和减少热传导,同时也可以增强壶体的强度,壶底仍为单层金属结构。如图,这样既可以保证烧水时壶底火焰与壶中的水进行充分的热量交换,也能够大幅降低壶内热量的散失。通过适当降低壶底火焰强度,减少热量投入,可更充分地体现该节能烧水壶的节能效果。在烧水时,壶底火焰只需基本罩住壶底面积即可,不必过大。
本实用新型的有益效果是:可以在烧水时节约热能消耗,节省烧水时间,并对壶内烧好的水起到一定的保温作用,从而实现节能降耗,减少污染排放,保护环境的目的,并且方案实施简单。

根据已设计好的壶的外形及各部位尺寸,制作材料,夹层填充物的材料等要素,按照如图所示的原理和说明书所述原理制作完成即可。

1.一种节能烧水壶,其特征为:烧水壶的侧壁,壶盖,壶嘴为带夹层的双层金属结构,夹层内两金属表面抛光,并用空气,惰性气体或其它合适的隔热材料填充,壶底为单层金属结构。
