Abstract

本实用新型涉及油气田开发钻完井使用的旋转套管固井用扶正器,属井下工具类。本实用新型的本体(3)为圆柱状,沿本体(3)外表面均匀分布有若干扶正条,在本体(3)的每根扶正条对应的内侧均有两排滚轮(1),滚轮(1)固定在本体(3)内侧的两排滚轴(2)上,滚轴(2)被牢固焊接在本体(3)上铣出的沉槽内,滚轮(1)靠内一侧形成的最小内径小于扶正器本体内径,且略大于套管(4)的最大外径。本实用新型是专用于旋转套管注水泥固井施工的套管扶正器工具,能够有效降低转动套管的摩阻和转动套管所需要的扭矩、并且能够有效保护井眼以及套管本体。

旋转套管固井用扶正器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及油气田钻井、固井作业工具,特别是水平井、定向井固井作业用一种旋转套管固井用扶正器,属于井下工具类。
背景技术
通过旋转和上、下活动套管可以提高注水泥顶替效率、进而提高固井质量,这早已被理论和试验得以验证。但是长期以来却并未得到推广应用。主要原因是设备、工具、套管等技术条件不配套。目前,随着技术逐步向前发展,上述情况已经发生了变化。钻机设备性能日益改善、套管的扣型也日渐多样化,采用活动套管提高固井质量的技术条件和时机正在到来。然而,若采用过去常用的刚性套管扶正器,当转动套管时存在两个问题;一是如果刚性套管扶正器随套管一起转动,则会造成刚性套管扶正器所对应的井眼扩大,甚至是井壁垮塌。二、如果刚性套管扶正器不随套管一起转动,套管与刚性扶正器之间将产生滑动摩擦,连续几个小时的转动磨擦对套管的磨损不容忽视。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种专用于旋转套管注水泥固井施工的套管扶正器工具,能有效降低转动套管的摩阻和转动套管所需要的扭矩,并且保护井眼和套管本体的旋转套管固井用扶正器。
本实用新型所述的旋转套管固井用扶正器,本体3为圆柱状,沿扶正器本体3外表面均匀分布有若干扶正条,在扶正器本体3的每根扶正条对应的内侧均有两排滚轮1,滚轮1固定在扶正器本体3内侧的两排滚轴2上,滚轴2被牢固焊接在本体3上铣出的沉槽内,滚轮1靠内一侧形成的最小内径小于扶正器本体内径,且略大于套管4的最大外径。
本实用新型的有益效果是:当旋转套管4时、与滚轮1接触的套管不会带动扶正器一起转动。当转动套管4时,扶正器由于与井眼接触其转动摩阻远大于套管4与扶正器内侧滚轮1之间的滚动摩阻,故扶正器不会发生转动。该扶正器既起到了扶正居中套管的作用、又将转动套管4时的滑动摩阻转变为滚动摩阻。从而有利于降低转动套管4的摩阻和转动套管所需要的扭矩,有利于转动套管注水泥固井时保护井壁不被刮塌,保护套管不被磨损。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行进一步的详述。
如附图1所示,本实用新型所述的旋转套管固井用扶正器,本体3为圆柱状,沿扶正器本体3外表面均匀分布有若干扶正条,在扶正器本体3的每根扶正条对应的内侧均有两排滚轮1,滚轮1固定在扶正器本体3内侧的两排滚轴2上,滚轴2被牢固焊接在本体3上铣出的沉槽内,滚轮1靠内一侧形成的最小内径小于扶正器本体内径,且略大于套管4的最大外径。
使用时,将本工具套装在套管上,当旋转套管4时、与滚轮1接触的套管不会带动扶正器一起转动。当转动套管4时,扶正器由于与井眼接触其转动摩阻远大于套管4与扶正器内侧滚轮1之间的滚动摩阻,故扶正器不会发生转动。该扶正器即起到了扶正居中套管的作用、又将转动套管4时的滑动摩阻转变为滚动摩阻。从而有利于降低转动套管4的摩阻和转动套管所需要的扭矩,有利于转动套管注水泥固井时保护井壁不被刮塌,保护套管不被磨损。

1.一种旋转套管固井用扶正器,本体(3)为圆柱状,沿本体(3)外表面均匀分布有若干扶正条,其特征在于:在本体(3)的每根扶正条对应的内侧均有两排滚轮(1),滚轮(1)固定在本体(3)内侧的两排滚轴(2)上,滚轴(2)被牢固焊接在本体(3)上铣出的沉槽内,滚轮(1)靠内一侧形成的最小内径小于扶正器本体内径,且略大于套管(4)的最大外径。
