本实用新型涉及复合塑料装饰地板，尤其是涉及一种塑胶地板。
背景技术
合成橡胶塑料地板是一种具有巨大市场潜力的建材产品，特点是噪音低、不变形、维护方便，不含甲醛、苯等有毒气体，还可以仿照磁砖、木板、大理石等花色和纹理制成各种图案和颜色，通常被用在人流较多的公用场所。但是在机场后机大厅、大型轮渡船、口岸安捡、广场铺地中或低收入家庭作铺地材料使用，现有的塑胶地板由于其价格较贵，就不能满足其要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种价格低廉的塑胶地板。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型可采取下述技术方案：
本实用新型所述的塑胶地板，包括塑胶地板本体，所述的塑胶地板本体包括依次复合在一起的去污耐磨层、加强层、稳定层和背印层。
所述的去污耐磨层为固化在PVC薄膜上的UV漆层；所述的加强层为PVC、PET复合层；所述的稳定层为无纺布层；所述的背印层为涤纶纤维织物层。
本实用新型的优点在于将去污耐磨层、加强层、稳定层和背印层依次复合在一起，具备了常规塑胶地板的基本功能，由于用无纺布作为稳定层，大大降低了塑胶地板的成本，特别适合在机场后机大厅、大型轮渡船、口岸安捡、广场铺地，或低收入家庭作铺地材料来代替价格昂贵的复合地板，以及工程临时宿舍、农民进城用的最简易铺床材料。固化在PVC薄膜上的UV漆层作为去污耐磨层，使塑胶地板的表面具有金属氧化铝一样的强度，坚硬并耐磨，皮鞋长期在上面行走也能不留痕迹，污渍不会渗透进去，家庭使用非常易于打理；PVC、PET复合层作为加强层保证塑胶地板在幅宽面积大时也能平整，增加产品的韧性和强度；用无纺布作为稳定层，即能起到定型作用，成本还比较低，无论在东北冬天火炕上使用还是在西北、内蒙帐篷内依地而铺，均可起到隔离作用；背印层为加厚的涤纶纤维织物层，由于其排列的不规则，形成不规则空间，充满空气，就像双层保温，隔热、又防地面寒气上升。

2.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶地板，其特征在于：所述的去污耐磨层为固化在PVC薄膜上的UV漆层；所述的加强层为PVC、PET复合层；所述的稳定层为无纺布层；所述的背印层为涤纶纤维织物层。
