技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑,进一步是指具有隔热保温性能的墙体结构。
背景技术
随着节能建筑的推广,各种隔热保温建筑材料和施工技术不断出现,包括保温砖、保温砂浆、增加保温层的墙体等。但现有技术的保温墙施工工艺复杂、造价高;已有的保温砖保温性能差,由其砌成的墙体因砖的保温结构及砌缝传热等原因导致隔热保温效果达不到设计要求,亟待改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提出一种高效隔热保温墙体,它采用具有隔热保温性能的砖或砌块并设置墙内隔热保温结构,使墙体具有隔热保温效果好、造价低、施工方便的特点。
本实用新型的技术方案是,所述高效隔热保温墙体的构成为:
a.砖或砌块体的两端分别设有竖向通槽,在该竖向通槽之间的砖或砌块体中设有中间盲孔,在该中间盲孔两侧分别设有至少两排盲孔,且每相邻两排盲孔之间为错位排列;
b.由所述砖或砌块按常规结构砌成的墙体中,各层墙砖或砌块的每相邻两块砖或砌块端部所述两个相对竖向通槽中卡装有一块隔热保温件。
以下对本施用新型做出进一步说明。
参见图1至图3,本实用新型所述高效隔热保温墙体的构成为:
a.砖或砌块体结构:砖或砌块体1的两端分别设有竖向通槽3,在该竖向通槽3之间的砖或砌块体1中设有中间盲孔2,在该中间盲孔2两侧分别设有至少两排盲孔6,且每相邻两排盲孔之间为错位排列;所述盲孔6的排数可以根据砖或砌块的尺寸大小和设计要求确定,例如为5-10排,或更多。
b.墙体结构:由所述砖或砌块1按常规结构砌成的墙体中,各层墙砖或砌块1的每相邻两块砖或砌块1端部所述两个相对竖向通槽3中卡装有一块隔热保温件5(参见图4)。
如图2所示,该砖或砌块1的盲孔由该图从上至下排列了五排。
参见图1或图2、图3,所述每相邻两排盲孔(包括中间盲孔)之间的错位排列,是指一排盲孔的相邻两盲孔端部之间的筋(即砖或砌块的实体部分),相对于相邻的另一排盲孔的相邻两盲孔端部之间的筋不在一直线上。所述隔热保温件5可采用泡沫塑料块、珍珠岩或其它现有技术的适宜隔热保温材料。
本实用新型的技术原理是,采用图1所示结构的砖或砌块,其中多排错位排列的盲孔大大增长了热传导的路径,使砖或砌块的隔热性能显著提高;同时,在砖或砌块的两端设置竖向通槽3,有效阻断了砖或砌块端部的热传导通道;在由该砖或砌块构成如图4所示墙体中,于每相邻两块砖或砌块的端部卡装隔热保温件5,则有效阻断了砖或砌块的横向热传导(检测证明这是热量传输的主要途径之一,而每层砖或砌块之间的砌缝由于采用保温砂浆作砌料,加之砖或砌块的重量可使砌缝处的保温砂浆较密实,热传导较竖向砌缝要弱的多)。经实际检测,本实用新型的隔热保温墙的隔热保温性能完全符合相关技术标准。
由以上可知,本实用新型为高效隔热保温墙体,它采用具有隔热保温性能的砖或砌块并设置墙内隔热保温结构,使墙体具有隔热保温效果好、造价低、施工方便的特点。

具体实施方式
参见图1至图4,本实用新型所述高效隔热保温墙体的构成为:
a.砖的规格为240型砖,它的两端分别设有竖向通槽3,在该竖向通槽3之间的砖或砌块体1中设有中间盲孔2,在该中间盲孔2两侧分别设有至少两排盲孔6,且每相邻两排盲孔之间为错位排列;如图2所示,该砖或砌块1的盲孔由该图从上至下设置五排。
b.由所述砖或砌块1按常规结构砌成的墙体中,各层墙砖或砌块1的每相邻两块砖或砌块1端部所述两个相对竖向通槽3中卡装有一块隔热保温件5(参见图4);隔热保温件5为泡沫塑料块。
如图2所示,砖或砌块1的纵向和横向筋的厚度a不大于13mm,以有效减少热桥截面,使隔热性能更好;产品可采用本专利申请的发明人研发并已获得专利权的ZL200520050650.3和ZL200620051580.8记载的设备进行工业化生产。

1.一种高效隔热保温墙体,其特征是,它的构成为:
a.砖或砌块体结构:砖或砌块体(1)的两端分别设有竖向通槽(3),在该竖向通槽(3)之间的砖或砌块体(1)中设有中间盲孔(2),在该中间盲孔(2)两侧分别设有至少两排盲孔(6),且每相邻两排盲孔之间为错位排列;
b.墙体结构:由所述砖或砌块(1)按常规结构砌成的墙体中,各层墙砖或砌块(1)的每相邻两块砖或砌块(1)端部所述两个相对竖向通槽(3)中卡装有一块隔热保温件(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述高效隔热保温墙体,其特征是,所述砖或砌块(1)的纵向和横向筋的厚度a不大于13mm。
