Abstract
本实用新型提供一种带内杯的保温杯，在保温杯内装有一个四周和底部悬空的内杯，并设有一个杯盖，三者之间采用螺旋口进行旋接，本实用新型可在保温杯内装入热水，内杯中放入牛奶或饮料，通过内环在保温杯内对牛奶或饮料进行温热，也可直接将杯盖旋接在保温杯上做茶杯使用，具有携带使用方便，可温热牛奶、饮料的显著特点，尤其适合老人和小孩使用。

现在使用的保温杯，只能作为可保温的茶杯使用，在需对牛奶或饮料进行加热时，只能采用其他容器装好后放入保温杯内或其他装热水的地方保温，既不方便，也不便携带使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带内杯的保温杯，可以在内杯中放入牛奶或饮料，直接通过保温杯进行加热。
本实用新型包括保温杯和杯盖，所采用的技术方案在于：在保温杯内装有一个内杯，该内杯装入保温杯后四周和底部为悬空状态，上方杯口处吻合的对接在一起。
所述保温杯和所装的内杯上方设有一个杯盖。
为了方便携带和有利密封，在保温杯和内杯以及杯盖之间设置螺旋口，采用螺旋口进行旋接。
在使用保温杯喝茶时，可以将内杯拿掉，将保温杯与杯盖直接的旋接使用。
本实用新型的有益效果是：既可使用内杯在保温杯中温热牛奶或饮料，也可在喝茶时直接使用保温杯，具有携带和使用方便，一杯多用的显著特点。

具体实施方式
附图1、2、3、4实施例所示：在保温杯1内装有一个内杯2，该内杯2装入保温杯1后四周和底部为悬空状态，上方杯口处吻合的对接在一起。保温杯1和所装的内杯2上方设有一个杯盖3。保温杯1和内杯2以及杯盖3之间采用螺旋口4进行旋接。保温杯1可直接与杯盖3通过螺旋口4旋接。
本实用新型实施时，可以将杯盖3生产为常规封盖，也可以根据市场需加工为真空保温的杯盖3，内杯2的杯体以薄质传热快的材料为佳，保温杯1为双层封闭的抽真空结构。
使用状态时，在保温杯1内装入一定数量的热水，内杯2装入牛奶或饮料放入旋紧后，热水即在四周和底部悬空处与内杯2的杯体接触向内传递热能，使牛奶或饮料逐步温热，同时，通过杯盖3旋接。

1.一种带内杯的保温杯，包括保温杯(1)和杯盖(3)，其特征是：在保温杯(1)内装有一个内杯(2)，该内杯(2)装入保温杯(1)后四周和底部为悬空状态，上方杯口处吻合的对接在一起。
