减压型背栓
技术领域
本实用新型属于建筑锚栓的技术领域,涉及一种减压型背栓。
背景技术
目前,楼宇幕墙安装所采用的背栓为后切底式,其结构如图1所示,由螺杆10、增压环20、挤压件30和螺母40组成,增压环20为异形弹性件。其用于幕墙安装时如图2所示,在幕墙50的背面开孔,此孔具有直孔501和梯形孔502两段,将增压环20和挤压件30套在螺杆10上,再将螺杆10的膨胀端插入幕墙50的孔中,借助螺母40与螺杆10的螺纹配合旋紧,推动挤压件30及增压环20向幕墙50的孔内移动,挤压件30挤压增压环20顺着螺杆10的膨胀端在梯形孔502内膨胀开,使螺杆10与幕墙50的孔之间形成紧密接触而牢固地固定在一起,并将螺杆10的固定端穿过墙体挂件60的通孔,借助另一螺母40将螺杆10的固定端紧固在挂件60上,从而将幕墙50安装在墙体表面。
仔细分析上述结构,不难发现:增压环20与幕墙50接触方式为线接触,根据投影计算得,接触面积相当于背栓螺杆10截面积的1/2。当背栓受荷载作用时,增压环20与幕墙50接触压强将是背栓螺杆10抗拉强度的倍数。例:背栓受拉时,螺杆10抗拉强度400Mpa时,增压环20与幕墙50的接触压强已经达到800Mpa,而若选用石材做幕墙50,石材幕墙50的最大抗压强度却只有200Mpa,安全性差;而且,幕墙50梯形孔502的底角小于90度,应力集中,容易疲劳产生裂纹,导致锚固失效;再则,幕墙50上孔的结构复杂,钻孔要求高,施工易发生钻孔误差,导致假切底现象,进一步导致锚固失效;另外,背栓一经安装即无法取出,废弃的背栓无法回收,不利于环保。
有鉴于此,本发明人研制了一种减压型背栓,以解决上述问题,本案油然而生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种安全性高、锚固牢固、回收容易的减压型背栓。
为了达成上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:
减压型背栓,由螺杆、减压环、挤压件和螺母组成,减压环为弹性钢圈。
上述弹性钢圈外侧呈圆柱状,内侧呈圆柱面与圆锥面相交,侧壁上具有剖口。
上述螺母和挤压件之间增设一垫片。
采用上述结构后,本实用新型因为用弹性钢圈代替异形弹性件,所以,用于幕墙安装时,在幕墙的背面只需开直孔即可,安装方式与习用技术相同。由于减压环与幕墙的压强传递是通过接触面积进行的,因此,接触面积可设计为背栓螺杆截面积的10倍以上,例如:背栓螺杆的抗拉强度达到400Mpa时,减压环与幕墙之间的压强值只有400/10=40Mpa,幕墙安装安全;而且,幕墙开直孔,底角为90度,钻孔容易,无应力集中效果,避免裂纹,锚固牢固;再则,直孔与弹性钢圈配合,便于废弃后取出、回收,有利于环保。

具体实施例
请参阅图3所示,是本实用新型揭示了减压型背栓,由螺杆1、减压环2、挤压件3和螺母4组成,减压环2为弹性钢圈,弹性钢圈外侧呈圆柱状,内侧呈圆柱面与圆锥面相交,侧壁上具有剖口21。为了使螺母4固定牢固,螺母4和挤压件3之间还增设一垫片7。
本实用新型用于幕墙安装时,如图4所示,在幕墙5的背面只需开直孔51即可。将减压环2和挤压件3套在螺杆1上,再将螺杆1的膨胀端插入幕墙5的直孔51中,借助螺母4与螺杆1的螺纹配合旋紧,推动挤压件3及减压环2向幕墙5的直孔51内移动,挤压件3挤压减压环2在直孔51内膨胀,使螺杆1与幕墙5的直孔51之间形成紧密接触而固定,并将螺杆1的固定端穿过墙体挂件6的通孔,借助另一螺母4将螺杆1的固定端紧固在挂件6上,从而将幕墙5安装在墙体表面。
本实用新型用于幕墙安装时,也可如图5所示,先将套有减压环2和挤压件3的螺杆1插入幕墙5的直孔51中,借助螺母4将挤压件3及减压环2推向幕墙5的直孔51内,使减压环2在直孔51内膨胀,令螺杆1的膨胀端固定在幕墙5的直孔51内,再取下螺母4,将螺杆1的固定端穿过墙体挂件6的通孔,用先前的螺母4将螺杆1的固定端紧固在挂件6上,从而将幕墙5安装在墙体表面。此实施例与图4所示的区别是:只用一个螺母4,其功效等同。

1.减压型背栓,由螺杆、减压环、挤压件和螺母组成,其特征在于:减压环为弹性钢圈。
2.如权利要求1所述的减压型背栓,其特征在于:弹性钢圈外侧呈圆柱状,内侧呈圆柱面与圆锥面相交状,侧壁上具有剖口。
3.如权利要求1所述的减压型背栓,其特征在于:螺母和挤压件之间增设一垫片。
