Abstract

一种易拉盒，涉及冲泡类方便食品的复合包装盒，不仅能方便地开封，而且有较高的容积利用率。它是在长方体状包装盒顶盖中间位置设封口结构，封口结构的内缘与两侧顶盖相连，外缘设有开封结构；其封口结构为带状粘附型封口结构，开封结构为封口结构的延长物，呈块状。拉开封口后，易拉盒有更高的四壁，成为更大容积的包装盒。该包装盒结构特别适合于冲泡类方便食品的包装，能降低包装成本和物流成本。

本实用新型涉及冲泡类方便食品的包装盒结构，具体是一种能容易开封和开封后，容积会增大的易拉盒。
背景技术
目前，公知的方便面和方便粉丝等冲泡类方便食品的包装盒为杯装和碗装结构，使用时，撕开盖膜即可冲泡，但未使用时，容积利用率较低。
发明内容
为了克服现有的冲泡类食品包装盒因采用杯装或碗装结构造成容积利用率较低的不足，本实用新型提供一种易拉盒，该易拉盒不仅容易开封，有更高的容积利用率，而且开封后四壁增高，容积增大。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：包装盒为长方体状，包装盒顶盖的中间位置设封口结构，封口结构内缘与两侧顶盖相连，外缘连接开封结构。其封口结构为带状的粘附型封口结构，开封后封口处内表层仍完整；其开封结构是封口结构的外缘向外侧延长但未封合的结构，呈块状。捏住开封结构，剥拉封口结构，可方便地拉开封口；开封后，包装盒有更高的四壁，成为更大容积的包装盒。
本实用新型的有益效果是：在保持能方便开封、可直接在盒内冲泡方便食品的同时减小了冲泡类方便食品的包装体积，增大了包装盒的容积利用率，能降低包装成本和物流成本。

具体实施方式
在图1所示实施例中，长方体状包装盒的顶盖中间位置即上端封口线(2)处设封口结构，封口结构内缘连接两侧顶盖，外缘连接开封结构，开封结构位于上端边缘线(1)内，即上端封口线(2)和上端边缘线(1)之间的结构由封口结构和开封结构构成，靠上端封口线(2)侧的结构为粘附在一起的粘附性封口结构；靠上端边缘线(1)侧的结构为未粘附在一起的开封结构，它是封口结构的外缘向外侧延长但未封合的结构，为双层块状物，在图1中重叠在一起。封口后，将封口结构和开封结构即上端封口线(2)与上端边缘线(1)之间的结构平贴顶盖，再把顶盖两角下折贴靠于包装盒两侧。开封时将顶盖两角掀起，捏住开封结构，剥拉封口结构，即可拉开封口。
在图2所示实施例中，开封后的易拉盒是更大容积的包装盒。
在图1、图2所示的实施例中，上端边缘线(1)、上端封口线(2)和侧面折痕(3)的空间位置不同。图1中，上端边缘线(1)平贴顶盖和上端封口线(2)基本位于同一顶盖平面；图2中，上端边缘线(1)则高于分开后的上端封口线(2)，侧面折痕(3)在图1中成为顶盖两角的边缘线，在图2中是顶盖的两角展开后的折痕。

1.一种易拉盒，由纸塑或纸铝塑复合材料构成的冲泡类方便食品的包装盒，其特征是：长方体状包装盒顶盖的中间位置设封口结构，封口结构内缘与两侧顶盖相连，外缘连接开封结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易拉盒，其特征是：开封结构是封口结构的外缘向外侧延长但未封合的结构，呈块状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易拉盒，其特征是：封口结构为带状的粘附型封口结构。
