目前日常生活中使用的杯子大多采用陶瓷制作，或不锈钢制作，或塑料制作的，陶瓷制作的杯子虽卫生、环保、不易传导热，但易撞碎；不锈钢制作的杯子美观，坚固，但在喝开水时由于热传导快而易烫伤；塑料杯子虽解决以上的两个问题，但却有难闻的塑料味，不卫生，不符合现代生活的要求。

有鉴于此，本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种杯子，能够防撞、防烫且环保，有效解决了传统杯子易碰碎、易导热、易生味的问题。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种杯子，包括陶瓷杯体、底壳、隔热层以及连接陶瓷杯体与底壳的连接层；所述底壳固定在陶瓷杯体上，在该底壳与陶瓷杯体之间填充隔热层，所述连接层位于陶瓷杯体的底部用于连接底壳。
上述技术方案中，所述底壳为不锈钢底壳或塑料底壳；
所述隔热层为隔热发泡或树脂；
所述连接层为树脂板。
所述杯子还包括有连接于陶瓷杯体外表面的杯把。
本实用新型的杯子由于其采用陶瓷与不锈钢的结合或陶瓷与塑料的结合，以及隔热发泡或树脂的增加，使陶瓷杯体与底壳更坚固、更不易碰碎，并进一步的防止陶瓷杯体的热传导，有效地解决了传统陶瓷杯子的易碰碎、不锈钢杯子易烫伤、塑料杯子易生味等问题，同时还具有传统杯子的实用性和美观感。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的杯子包括陶瓷杯体、底壳、隔热层以及连接陶瓷杯体与底壳的连接层；所述底壳固定在陶瓷杯体上，在该底壳与陶瓷杯体之间填充隔热层，所述连接层位于陶瓷杯体的底部用于连接底壳。
下面以实施例具体说明本实用新型的杯子，图1为本实用新型杯的结构示意图，如图1所示，该杯子由陶瓷杯体1、树脂板3、不锈钢底壳或塑料底壳2、隔热发泡或树脂4和杯把组成；其中，所述杯把连接于陶瓷杯体1的外表面；树脂板3粘于陶瓷杯体1的底部，用于连接不锈钢底壳或塑料底壳2，同时，不锈钢底壳或塑料底壳2通过螺丝固定在陶瓷杯体1上；隔热发泡或树脂4填充于陶瓷杯体1与不锈钢底壳或塑料底壳2之间，使陶瓷杯体1与不锈钢底壳或塑料底壳2更坚固，更不易碰碎。而且，隔热发泡或树脂4的增加，更进一步地防止杯体的热传导，使杯子具有保温、防撞、防烫、无味、环保卫生的功能。

1.一种杯子，其特征在于，该杯子包括陶瓷杯体、底壳、隔热层以及连接陶瓷杯体与底壳的连接层；所述底壳固定在陶瓷杯体上，在该底壳与杯体之间填充隔热层，所述连接层位于杯体的底部用于连接底壳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杯子，其特征在于，所述底壳为不锈钢底壳或塑料底壳。
3.根据权利要求2所述的杯子，其特征在于，所述隔热层为隔热发泡或树脂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的杯子，其特征在于，所述连接层为树脂板。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的杯子，其特征在于，所述杯子还包括有连接于陶瓷杯体外表面的杯把。
