Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种太阳能开水炉，太阳能开水炉由全玻璃真空集热管、密封盖、温度控制仪、气压装置、保温架组成，玻璃真空集热管真空腔下部弹性支撑件一侧设有绝热硬质支撑定位块；密封盖上设有伸到底部的进水管、出水管、温度显示器接口、气压装置接口，本实用新型密封好，不易漏水，无热传导损失，可使介质加热迅速，温度更高，能提供生活用开水，保温效果好，使用寿命长，承压高，可与自来水管连接在一起承受同等压力，通过自来水压力和气压装置的气压能自动把管内开水顶出的太阳能开水炉。

本实用新型涉及利用太阳能的设备，更具体的讲涉及太阳能真空集热管及其制备的太阳能开水炉
背景技术
现有的太阳能真空集热管是一端开口的内外双层同轴真空管，内外管均采用玻璃管，内管外壁涂有溅射吸收涂层，这样的结构虽然可用，但是不承压，使用面窄，其原因是一端封闭，热传导速度慢，实验证明在管内热水上升时它还有一个反作用力阻挡其上升，并且管里面的热水无法完全利用，造成浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，在现有技术的基础上，提供使用寿命长、承压，能把管内水加热到更高温度，同时提供能生产生活用开水的开水炉。
本实用新型的太阳能开水炉采用以下技术解决方案：
太阳能开水炉由玻璃真空集热管、密封盖、密封盖螺母、保温支架组成，玻璃真空集热管口部设有螺纹，真空腔下部弹性支撑件，弹性支撑件一侧设有绝热硬质支撑定位块，密封盖用密封盖螺母固定在玻璃真空集热管口部，密封盖与真空集热管之间设有耐热橡胶垫，密封盖与压紧螺母之间设有平垫圈，密封盖上设有出水管、测温接口、气压装置接口和通于真空集热管底部的进水管。
太阳能开水炉可有以下几种形式：
1、太阳能开水炉可以安装于阳台上，也可以安装于庭院式三角支架上。
本实用新型的太阳能开水炉采用以下技术方案解决：
太阳能开水炉由玻璃真空集热管、保温架，，温度显示器，气压装置，太阳能开水炉由一支或一支以上的玻璃真空集热管通过固定管件固定于保温支架上，各支玻璃真空集热管平行排列安装在保温架上，前一支玻璃真空集热管出水管与后一支玻璃真空集热管的进水管通过连通管连接，进水管上设有开水放水阀。
本实用新型太阳能开水炉通过带有螺纹的玻璃真空集热管集热，通过气压装置把开水顶出，比现有的单纯玻璃真空管集热密封好，承压高，可与自来水管连接在一起承受同等压力，通过水的压力能把管内热水全部及时自动导出，热利用率高，高温，使用寿命长，价格低，安装使用范围广。

实施例1
图1给出了本实用新型的太阳能开水炉该实施例的结构示意图。该太阳能开水炉由口部加工成螺纹状的玻璃真空集热管15及橡胶圈7、螺母8、密封盖9组成，集玻璃真空集热管15由内管3和外管4熔融密封而成，通过其尾部抽取真空，形成真空腔1，真空腔1的下部设有消气剂4和弹性支撑件5，弹性支撑件5支撑在真空腔1的内外两层之间，弹性支撑件5的一侧设有绝热硬质支撑定位块6，玻璃真空集热管15的内管3外壁上设有磁控溅射吸收涂层。密封盖9上设有伸到真空管底部的进水管13、出水管12、温度显示器接口10、气压装置接口11，密封盖9下面设有橡胶垫圈7，密封盖9上面设有平垫14一起通过螺母8固定于全玻璃真空集热管15口部。
实施例2
图2给出了本实用新型的太阳能开水炉该实施例的结构示意图。所述的太阳能开水炉在于一支或一支以上的玻璃真空集热管15平行排列安装在保温架18上，前一支真空集热管15的出水管12与后一支真空集热管15的进水管13通过连通管件24相连接，气压装置接口11与气压装置16联接，温度显示器接口10与温度显示器17联接，进水管13上和最后一支出水管上设有开水放水阀28。
图3给出了采用图2所示太阳能开水炉的庭院式安装架结构示意图。太阳能开水炉可以通过三角固定架固定，三角固定架上设有角轮，放置在院落里，使用方便、灵活。

1.太阳能开水炉由玻璃真空集热管，保温支架组成，其特征在于：玻璃真空集热管口部设有螺纹，真空腔下部弹性支撑件一侧设有绝热硬质支撑定位块，密封盖用密封盖螺母固定在玻璃真空集热管口部，密封盖两侧分别设有耐热垫圈、平垫圈，密封盖上设有出水管、测温接口、气压装置接口、和通于真空集热管底部的进水管，温度显示器，气压装置；太阳能开水炉由一支或一支以上的玻璃真空集热管通过固定管件固定于保温架上，密封盖进水管上设有开水放水阀，太阳能开水炉上设有气压装置，温度显示器；在保温架上固定的太阳能开水炉固定在三角固定架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能开水炉，其特征在于：所述玻璃真空集热管口部设有螺纹，螺母。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能开水炉，其特征在于：所述玻璃真空集热管真空腔下部弹性支撑件一侧设有绝热硬质支撑定位块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能开水炉，其特征在于：所述密封盖上设有出水管接口，伸到真空管底部的进水管，侧温仪接口，气压装置接口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能开水炉，其特征在于：所述密封盖两侧设有耐热垫圈，平垫圈。
6.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能开水炉，其特征在于：所述温度显示器接在第一支和最后一支玻璃真空集热管的温度显示器接口上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能开水炉，其特征在于：所述气压装置装在第一支和最后一支全玻璃真空集热管的气压装置接口上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能开水炉，其特征在于：开水放水阀安装在第一支玻璃真空集热管的进水管的上口部、和最后一支玻璃真空集热管的出水管上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能开水炉，其特征在于：所述固定太阳能开水炉的三角固定架上设计有角轮。
