背景技术
现有技术的机砖窑炉,包括砖砌炉体、炉膛,炉膛的周边设有耐火砖层。这种结构的机砖窑炉,保温效果较差,热量散失大,烟尘从炉膛顶部冒出,弥漫到空中,空气污染严重。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种热量散失小、余热可再次利用、对空气污染小的环保节能机砖窑炉,以弥补现有技术的不足。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型环保节能机砖窑炉,包括砖砌炉体、炉膛和烟道,炉膛的周边设有耐火砖层,其要点是耐火砖层外面依次设有硅酸铝纤维毡层和铁水渣水泥混合物层;烟道设在炉体的下部,烟道口通过管道经引风机与砖坯烘干室连通,砖坯烘干室通过管道与除尘器连通,除尘器排尘管口的下面设有石灰水池,除尘器出烟管口的下面设有石灰水喷嘴,石灰水喷嘴与石灰水池之间设有循环水泵。
本实用新型结构设计合理,保温效果好,热量散失小,烟尘升至炉体上部再返回到炉体的下部经烟道通过引风机进入砖坯烘干室,该过程中,没有完全燃烧的一氧化碳进一步燃烧,利用烟尘的余热将新鲜砖坯烘干,使热量二次利用;从砖坯烘干室出来的烟尘经管道进入除尘器,上升的烟尘,经石灰水喷淋颗粒烟尘由除尘器排尘管口下面的石灰水池吸附并脱硫处理,无尘、无硫烟气由除尘器顶部的管道排向高空,空气污染小。本实用新型即环保又节能,是一种理想的环保节能机砖窑炉。
