背景技术
电磁炉是利用电磁感应产生涡流的原理对金属锅具进行加热,从而烹煮食物。但因锅具与电磁炉的接触面有一定空间,容易产生磁外泄,对周围环境造成干扰。而专利号为03267832.0、专利名称为电磁炉用的防滑防磁泄漏结构的专利申请,公开了一种装有两道金属圈和地线的防滑防磁泄漏结构,一定程度上减小了外泄磁场,但因其结构复杂,安装不方便,耗材也多,防磁泄漏效果不甚理想。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述结构之不足,提供一种结构简单,安装方便,耗材较小的电磁炉。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:防磁泄漏电磁炉,在线圈发热盘2外围包裹一条金属槽管1,首尾用螺丝5固定,金属槽管1由导电良好的金属材料制成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
(1)结构简单,安装方便。只在线圈发热盘2外围包裹一条金属槽管1,金属槽管1首尾设圆孔6,螺丝5穿入圆孔6将其固定即可,安装十分方便。
(2)耗材较小。
(3)由于在线圈发热盘外包裹一金属槽管,电磁外泄场有效减小,并可吸收电磁的外泄磁力线并产生涡流发热,提高抗干扰能力。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型的电磁炉由线圈发热盘2和金属槽管1构成,金属槽管1包裹在线圈发热盘2外围。所述的金属槽管1由导电良好的金属材料制成。
如图3所示,金属槽管1的首尾设有圆孔6,由螺丝5穿入圆孔6将其固定。
使用时,将金属锅具3平放在电磁炉面板4上,线圈发热盘2产生的磁力线在金属锅具3底部形成涡流,产生热量加热金属锅具3内的食物。由于金属槽管1由导电良好的金属材料制成,金属槽管1对线圈发热盘2的外泄磁场吸收并产生涡流发热,大大减小了电磁干扰。金属槽管5首尾设有圆孔6,螺丝5穿入圆孔6将金属槽管1固定,金属槽管1不会从线圈发热盘2上脱落。

1.一种防磁泄漏电磁炉,金属锅具(3)放置在面板(4)上,其特征在于:线圈发热盘(2)的外围包裹一条金属槽管(1),金属槽管(1)由螺丝(5)固定。
2.根据权利要求1所速的一种防磁泄漏电磁炉,其特征在于:所述的金属槽管(1)首尾设置圆孔(6),螺丝(5)穿入在圆孔(6)内。
