Abstract

本实用新型属建筑装饰材料，特别涉及一种增强瓷砖粘贴牢固性的防脱落瓷砖。
背景技术
目前，在建筑物内外墙体材料上，广泛应用瓷砖贴面，装饰美化建筑物的墙体，延长建筑物的使用寿命，使建筑物造型美观。但由于设计的各种原因，建筑物镶装的瓷砖的容易脱落，不仅影响了建筑物的美观，而且还会砸伤人。国内外一些厂家采取在瓷砖的背部压制沟槽，或在瓷砖上预留安装孔，用不锈钢螺拴和墙固定等办法，均不能很好的解决此类问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服以上技术不足，提供一种提高附着力的防脱落瓷砖。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，在瓷砖背面的贴面上设置有倒梯形形状的凸块，凸块镶嵌在填料内，和填料形成的凝固层倒勾、内扣在一起，达到了防脱落的目的。

具体实施方式
图1、2为防脱落瓷砖的具体实施例，在瓷砖主体(1)背部布有倒梯形结构的凸块(2)，倒梯形结构的凸块(2)倒勾、内扣在瓷砖和建筑墙体之间填料形成的凝固层内，瓷砖能够牢固的固定在墙体上，达到了良好的防脱落的目的。

1.一种防脱落瓷砖，由瓷砖主体(1)和若干倒梯形结构的凸块(2)组成，其特征在于若干倒梯形结构的凸块(2)分布在瓷砖主体(1)的背部。
