Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种木地板，尤其是指一种实木地板。
背景技术
传统的实木地板表面的木纹会由于木材的不同，而呈现出各种不同的纹路，但木材表面的自然木纹往往较浅及不明显，而且为了表面的平整，不会有结巴状的木纹，造成不真实的感觉，影响装饰效果和使用的耐久性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、加工方便、使用寿命长、木纹更逼真的实木地板。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的：一种实木地板，包括本体，其中所述的本体表面设有利用烧烫工艺形成的木纹层，在该木纹层外设有透明保护层。
上述的一种实木地板中所述木纹层的木纹为凹形，深度为0.1～1mm。
本实用新型采用上述结构后，通过烧烫工艺可在木材表面形成效果明显的木纹，立体感更强、逼真，而且更加耐用，可为室内地面装饰提供一种新型材料。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2所示，本实用新型的一种实木地板，包括本体1，本体1为单层实木(也可以采用多层实木粘贴而成)，在本体1表面设有利用烧烫工艺形成的木纹层2，木纹层2的木纹形状为天然木纹形状和结巴形状，木纹层2的木纹为凹形，深度以0.1～1mm为佳，在该木纹层2外设有聚氨酯的透明保护层3。
Claims (2)
1.一种实木地板，包括本体(1)，其特征是所述的本体(1)表面设有利用烧烫工艺形成的木纹层(2)，在该木纹层(2)外设有透明保护层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种实木地板，其特征是所述木纹层(2)的木纹为凹形，深度为0.1～1mm。
