Abstract
一种燃气管道泄漏防爆装置，属于可燃气管道输送的防爆装置，它包括壳体，其特征是壳体上设置防爆板和管道，管道上安装阀门，管道穿过壳体进入到壳体内，壳体内的管道上设置喷气嘴，壳体外的管道上安装减压管。本实用新型在发生可燃气泄漏时能阻燃、隔断管道内的回火，防止发生爆炸，减少人身损害和财产损失。本实用新型结构简单，安装方便、使用可靠。

本实用新型涉及可燃气管道输送的防爆装置。
背景技术：
在管道输送可燃气过程中，一旦发生可燃气泄漏，遇明火产生燃烧、爆炸，即使是关闭阀门，都不能在瞬间将带有回火的气体切断，回火会沿可燃气输送管道连续燃烧、爆炸，给人们造成人身伤害和财产损失。
发明内容：
本实用新型旨在提供一种发生可燃气泄漏时能隔燃、隔断管道内回火的装置。
实现本实用新型的技术方案是：包括壳体，壳体上设置防爆板和管道，管道上安装阀门，管道穿过壳体进入到壳体内，壳体内的管道上设置喷气嘴，壳体外的管道上安装减压管。
将水驻入到本实用新型的壳体内，气体通过管道和喷气嘴进入壳体内的水中，气体呈气泡式间断的浮出水面，这时的气体已消灭了回火，无回火的气体经排气管排出，这样就避免了燃烧、爆炸的发生。本实用新型结构简单，安装方便，使用可靠。

实施例：图1、图2所示，本实施例包括壳体4，壳体4为密封的圆筒形，防爆板5固定在壳体4的壁上，防爆板5为矩形钢板，壳体4的一端安装进水管3、排水管11、进气管1，进气管1安装单向阀门2，进气管1上安装减压管12，减压管12上安装导气管10，导气管10穿过壳体4伸到壳体4内，导气管10上安装喷气嘴9，喷气嘴9与导气管10是相通的，进水管3、排水管11均安装阀门，壳体4的另一端安装水位计8、排气管6，排气管6上设置干燥剂7。
