气悬浮飞轮储能装置涉及机械储能装置。公开一种机械储能装置,其两轴承座4装配有气悬浮轴承5,轴10一端插入一个气悬浮轴承5轴孔内、另一端穿过另一个气悬浮轴承5轴孔和另一个轴承座4的轴孔与电机8输出轴用联轴器7连接,电控制器的输出端接线接通电机8的输入电源线,三通的气管2的一个气管接通一个气悬浮轴承5的输入气端、另一个气管接通另一个气悬浮轴承5的输入气端。具有结构简单、维护方便、运行成本低、无需润滑、振动小、噪声低、温升低、无机械摩擦损耗、寿命长、电机转速易提高等优点。

气悬浮飞轮储能装置
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及机械储能装置,尤其是一种气悬浮飞轮储能装置。
二、背景技术
随着我国经济的快速增长用电量差距越来越大,也造成低谷时的能源浪费。国家为了满足高峰时用电无止境的建电站,增加了环境的破坏和能源的浪费。目前化学电池储能技术已经发展得非常成熟,但是化学电池储能技术存在着诸如充放电次数的限制、对环境的污染严重以及对工作温度要求高等问题。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,采用气悬浮轴承和飞轮机械结构的气悬浮飞轮储能装置。
本实用新型的目的所采用技术方案是,包括有空压机输出气端接通气管一端,气管另一端接通稳压阀的输入端,稳压阀的输出端接通三通的气管、轴承座、气悬浮轴承、轴与轴上装的飞轮之间用平键连接、电机、电控制器,联轴器组成,其两轴承座装配有气悬浮轴承,轴一端插入一个气悬浮轴承轴孔内、另一端穿过另一个气悬浮轴承轴孔和另一个轴承座的轴孔与电机输出轴用联轴器连接,电控制器的输出端接线接通电机的输入电源线,三通的气管的一个气管接通一个气悬浮轴承的输入气端、另一个气管接通另一个气悬浮轴承的输入气端。
本实用新型的运行方式为:包括有高速永磁同步电机和两套气悬浮轴承安装飞轮两端轴上和电机轴端连接,接通气悬浮轴承气源,连接电机电源与电控制器装置。当电控制器向电机输电,使电机带动飞轮旋转,由于采用气悬浮轴承,使得飞轮高速旋转,把低谷时的电能转化机械能(动能);在用电高峰时由动能(飞轮转动时的转动惯量)转化电能使用,此时事先将电控制器转向往电网输送电。
本实用新型具有结构简单、维护方便、运行成本低、无需润滑、振动小、噪声低、温升低、无机械摩擦损耗、寿命长、电机转速易提高等优点。

五、具体实施方式
如附图所示,包括有空压机1输出气端接通气管2一端,气管2另一端接通稳压阀3的输入端,稳压阀3的输出端接通三通的气管2、轴承座4、气悬浮轴承5、轴10与轴上装的飞轮6之间用平键连接、电机8、电控制器9,联轴器7组成,其两轴承座4装配有气悬浮轴承5,轴10一端插入一个气悬浮轴承5轴孔内、另一端穿过另一个气悬浮轴承5轴孔和另一个轴承座4的轴孔与电机8输出轴用联轴器7连接,电控制器的输出端接线接通电机8的输入电源线,三通的气管2的一个气管接通一个气悬浮轴承5的输入气端、另一个气管接通另一个气悬浮轴承5的输入气端。

1.一种气悬浮飞轮储能装置,包括有空压机(1)输出气端接通气管(2)一端,气管(2)另一端接通稳压阀(3)的输入端,稳压阀(3)的输出端接通三通的气管(2)、轴承座(4)、气悬浮轴承(5)、轴(10)与轴上装的飞轮(6)之间用平键连接、电机(8)、电控制器(9),联轴器(7)组成,其特征是两轴承座(4)装配有气悬浮轴承(5),轴(10)一端插入一个气悬浮轴承(5)轴孔内、另一端穿过另一个气悬浮轴承(5)轴孔和另一个轴承座(4)的轴孔与电机(8)输出轴用联轴器(7)连接,电控制器的输出端接线接通电机(8)的输入电源线,三通的气管(2)的一个气管接通一个气悬浮轴承(5)的输入气端、另一个气管接通另一个气悬浮轴承(5)的输入气端。
