本实用新型涉及医疗器具，具体说是一种可固定胃管。
(二)背景技术
胃管在临床应用很普遍，常用于危重病人的鼻饲，或消化道病人术后胃肠减压，是一种其他方法不可替代的治疗方法。常规胃管固定法是用胶布固定在面颊部和鼻翼部，胶布的粘贴刺激病人皮肤，感觉不适，甚至引起发炎或表皮破溃。由于胶布粘性不良及病人活动等原因，常致胃管脱落，反复插管既给病人增加痛苦，又增加护理人员的工作量，特别是手术后病人不能重新插管，严重影响了治疗、护理效果。另外，临床应用中鼻饲和胃肠减压的置管长度是不同的，但应用的胃管刻度却是同样的，缺少胃肠减压的置管长度标志，并且无吞咽起始刻度及食管三个狭窄处的刻度标志，以至造成盲目插管。其三，鼻饲管末端的常规固定方法繁琐且不美观，现有胃管末端套帽使胃管腔直径缩小一倍，鼻饲或胃肠减压时易堵塞。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型所要求解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单，成本低，制造容易，价格低廉，固定牢固，使用方便，工作效率高的胃管。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种可固定胃管，其特征在于设有固定环，固定环(5)由塑料管(3)的两端与连接管(2)连接成，在塑料管(3)上设有固定夹(4)，连接管(2)上开有横向孔(1)，胃管(6)从横向孔(1)中穿过，在胃管(6)起始端依次刻有刻度，并在刻度上标有尺寸，胃管(6)的末端装有盖帽(7)。
本实用新型具有结构简单，成本低，易制造，操作简单，固定牢固，能增强治疗护理效果，减轻病人痛苦，提高工作效率。

如图1所示，一种可固定胃管设有胃管(6)和固定环(5)，固定环(5)由塑料管(3)的两端与连接管(2)连接成，在塑料管(3)上设有固定夹(4)，连接管(2)上开有横向孔(1)，胃管(6)从横向孔(1)中穿过，在胃管(6)起始端依次刻有刻度，并在刻度上标有尺寸，胃管(6)的末端装有盖帽(7)。
使用时，胃管(6)插入近15cm处，让病人做吞咽动作，并在插入15cm、25cm、40cm处，即胃管(6)经过食管的三个狭窄处，动作轻柔且左右捻转式前进，使进管顺利，提高了一次插管成功率。由于胃管(6)刻度设计合理，操作者能随时了解胃管(6)的位置，故不需测量胃管(6)长度，做标记，简化了操作步骤。插入所需长度，证明胃管(6)在胃内后，在连接管(2)近鼻端的胃管(6)上缠绕胶布2-4周，将塑料管(3)绕过两耳后，在下颌处用固定夹(4)固定或直接固定在耳后。在鼻饲或减压时盖帽(7)打开，暂停时盖紧盖帽(7)。
