Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种当瓶内药液滴完能截流保液的截流保液输液器，属医疗器械技术领域。将输液器的滴斗下体用硬质材料做成，内壁有6根均匀分布的定位棱，滴斗上体用具有弹性的透明软质材料做成，中间有一固定的限位装置，限位装置四周能使药液顺利通过，限位装置与滴斗底部药液出口之间设有一能上下灵活浮动的中空截流阀，滴斗底部有一与截流阀紧配的小于等于半球的球面状密封件。当输液瓶内药液输完时，截流阀下降，截流阀底部密封件堵住滴斗下部药液出口，输液器软管内保留药液，空气无法进入，静脉血不会倒流，护士迟早到达均可，更换药液时只要捏一下滴斗放开，空气排出，药液进入滴斗，截流阀上浮，继续正常输液，操作简便，安全可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种临床静脉输液用的装置，在管路中设有输液完毕时，能堵截管路的装置的截流保液输液器，属医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
目前国内使用的防止交叉感染用的一次性使用输液器，由瓶塞穿刺器、滴管、滴斗、软管、流量调节器、药液过滤器、静脉针贯串连接的一次性使用输液器，在输液时稍不注意，当药液输完时，静脉血就会倒流，更换药液时给护士带来极大麻烦，如不把空气排完，一旦空气进入人体内就会造成危险，输液时必须要陪人看护，并要高度注意输液情况。
发明内容
根据目前国内使用的一次性使用输液器存在的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种当药液在瓶内输完时，使在输液器内能保留药液，软管内没有空气，由于软管的药液保持一定压力，静脉血就不会倒流的一种新型截流保液输液器。
为实现以上目的，采取下列技术方案：将滴斗下端部分用硬质材料做成，在其内壁加设6条竖直定位棱，滴斗上部用具有弹性的软质透明材料做成，上下交界处设有一限位装置，限位装置周围能使药液顺利通过，滴斗底部的出液口上部做成圆环状，出液口应高出滴斗底部，出液孔与限位装置之间装置有一能上下灵活浮动的中空截流阀，上下呈小于等于半球的球面状，截流阀下端的半球体用具有弹性的、柔软的医用材料做成。
由于采用上列技术方案，输液器在给病人输液时，由于滴斗内有药液，截流阀上浮，药液畅通，当药液输完到滴斗底部时，截流阀下降，堵住滴斗下端的药液出口孔，使软管内保留药液，软管内没有空气，静脉血不会倒流，护士迟早到达均无问题，使用简便、安全可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明，滴斗下体(4)用硬质材料做成，滴斗上体(3)用软质且有弹性的透明材料做成，两者可用有机溶剂胶粘在一起，滴斗下体(4)内壁四周有6根均匀分布的定位棱(12)，滴斗上体(3)、滴斗下体(4)上下胶粘部位有一固定的限位装置(10)，限位装置(10)周围能使药液顺利通过，滴斗底部药液出口(11)的上口做成圆环状，滴斗下体(4)内限位装置(10)下设有一能上下灵活浮动的截流阀(9)，截流阀(9)上下两端做成小于等于半球的球面状，截流阀(9)下端的密封件(13)用具有弹性的、柔软的医用材料做成，密封件(13)与截流阀(9)中部紧配结合在一起。滴斗(14)内装有截流阀的截流保液输液器，在使用时，当药液输完快到达滴斗下体(4)下部时，截流阀(9)下降，由于有滴斗下体(4)内6根定位棱(12)定位，截流阀(9)垂直下降使下部小于等于半球的球面状密封件(13)刚好堵住滴斗底部出液口(11)，软管(5)内始终保持药液，静脉血不会倒流，空气更不会进入。
当换瓶时，护士只要将滴斗上体(3)捏一下放开，滴斗(14)和滴管(2)内的部分空气排到瓶内，瓶内的药液进入滴斗(14)，截流阀(9)上浮，继续正常输液，使用方便，安全可靠。
以上完整的截流装置，可直接安装在瓶塞穿刺器下面，使用更加简便。
Claims (2)
1.一种截流保液输液器，其包括贯串连接的瓶塞穿刺器、滴管、滴斗、软管、药液过滤器、静脉针及流量调节器，其特征是：将滴斗下端部分用硬质材料做成，在其内壁加设6条竖直定位棱，滴斗上部用具有弹性的软质透明材料做成，上下交界处设有一限位装置，限位装置周围能使药液顺利通过，滴斗底部的出液口做成圆环状，出液口与限位装置之间设置一能上下浮动的中空截流阀，上下呈小于等于半球的球面状，截流阀下端的密封件用具有弹性的、柔软的医用材料做成。
2.如权利要求1所述的截流保液输液器，其特征是：可将滴斗及其滴斗内的完整截流装置，直接安装在瓶塞穿刺器下面。
