本实用新型公开了一种电热水器的水电联动开关,包括陶瓷阀水龙头(1)、电源按键开关(2)和夹片(3)。陶瓷阀水龙头(1)和电源按键开关(2)用夹片(3)固定在一起,陶瓷阀水龙头(1)在打开和关闭的过程中,其把手能够压下电源按键开关(2)的“I”键和“O”键。本实用新型结构简单,造价低廉,维修方便,直接利用水龙头的把手而不是依靠水压控制电源,因此使电热水器在低水压条件下也能使用;可以节省一个冷热水变换开关;可以防止热水器干烧,节省能源。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电热水器的开关,特别是电热水器的水电联动开关,用于控制电热水器的加热与否。
背景技术
现有电热水器的水电联动开关有以下几种:一是膜式水压开关,这种开关膜片易坏,有漏水、漏电的隐患;二是磁式水电联动开关,如《水流控制的电子开关》(96243119.2)、《磁力控制的水电联动开关》(97243021.0)、《永磁式水电联动开关》(99206265.9),这种开关由于磁浮子长期沉浸于水中而氧化膨胀,并吸引水中的含铁杂质,导致磁浮子上浮下沉困难,无法接通或关闭电源;三是红外线光控水电联动开关,如《电热水器的红外线光控水电联动开关装置》(0326591.7),这种开关结构复杂,元器件多且零件易坏。这几种开关都有如下缺点:一是依靠水压控制电源,水压过低时就不能接通电源;二是需要在水电联动开关之外另装一个电源电源按键开关,以进行冷热水切换;三是制造成本比较高;四是维修不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有电热水器的水电联动开关存在的上述缺点,提供一种不靠水压控制、使用方便、安全可靠、结构简单,造价低廉、维修方便的水电联动开关。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:本实用新型由陶瓷阀水龙头、电源按键开关和夹片组成。陶瓷阀水龙头和电源按键开关用夹片固定在一起,陶瓷阀水龙头在打开和关闭的过程中,其把手能够压下电源按键开关的“I”键和“O”键。
本实用新型的工作原理是:陶瓷阀水龙头关紧时,按键开关的“O”键处于压下状态。往上扳动陶瓷阀水龙头的把手到压下按键开关的“I”键之前,只通水不通电,可以洗冷水澡。往上扳动把手到压下电源按键开关的“I”键接通电源,便可洗热水澡。洗完澡之前,往下扳动把手压下电源按键开关的“O”键关闭电源而不关紧龙头时,还可利用热水器的余热洗一会儿热水澡,水凉时再往下扳动把手关紧龙头。
本实用新型的优点在于:1.直接利用水龙头的把手而不是依靠水压控制电源,因此电热水器在低水压条件下也能使用;2.通水后,只要不再往上扳动把手通电就可以洗冷水澡,不必再安装一个冷热水变换开关;3.由于先通水后通电,因此可以防止热水器干烧;4.关电后如果不马上关紧龙头,还可以利用热水器的余热洗一会洗热水澡,从而节省能源;5.结构简单,造价低廉,维修方便。

具体实施方式
实施例:
如图1所示,电热水器的简易水电联动开关由陶瓷阀水龙头(1)、电源按键开关(2)和夹片(3)组成。将市场上销售陶瓷阀水龙头(1)和电源按键开关(2)用自制的夹片(3)固定在一起,使陶瓷阀水龙头(1)在打开和关闭的过程中,其把手能够压下电源按键开关(2)的“I”键和“O”键。陶瓷阀水龙头(1)关紧时,按键开关(2)的“O”键处于压下状态。往上扳动陶瓷阀水龙头(1)的把手到压下按键开关(2)的“I”键之前,只通水不通电,可以洗冷水澡。往上扳动把手到压下电源按键开关(2)的“I”键接通电源,便可洗热水澡。洗完澡之前,往下扳动把手压下电源按键开关(2)的“O”键关闭电源而不关紧龙头时,还可利用热水器的余热洗一会儿热水澡,水凉时再往下扳动把手关紧龙头。

1.一种电热水器的水电联动开关,包括陶瓷阀水龙头(1)、电源按键开关(2),其特征在于:陶瓷阀水龙头(1)和电源按键开关(2)用夹片(3)固定在一起,陶瓷阀水龙头(1)在打开和关闭的过程中,其把手能够压下电源按键开关(2)的“I”键和“O”键。
