本实用新型是这样来实现的，它包括手套、袖套、弹性紧固环、挂环，其特征是手套连接袖套，袖套上口连有弹性紧固环，在弹性紧固环旁边连有一小挂环。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括手套1、袖套2、弹性紧固环3、挂环4，其特征是手套1连接袖套2，袖套上口连有弹性紧固环3，在弹性紧固环旁边连有一小挂环4。使用时，人们将手套戴上，弹性紧固环将手套紧固在手臂上，手套不会滑落下来，人们洗涮方便，不用时，可脱下来换上衣服，将手套小挂环扣挂起来沥水。手套的材料使用天然橡胶、合成橡胶等耐水材料，袖套的材料使用合成纤维等柔性材料。
