Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种矩形电力连接器的密封圈。在现有的连接器密封圈防护性能不理想。本实用新型的密封圈包括硅橡胶圈本体，其截面为直角梯形，其中上圈面与下圈面平行，内圈面分别与上圈面和下圈面垂直，外圈面与下圈面的夹角为锐角，外圈面与上圈面通过圆弧面连接。本实用新型密封圈的截面采用了直角梯形结构，能很好的保证连接器的防护性能，并且稳定可靠。

本实用新型涉及一种密封圈，特别是一种矩形电力连接器的密封圈。
技术背景
在现有的连接器密封结构当中，一般都是采用O型(截面形状)密封件或矩形密封件，但并不是所有类型的连接器都适合用这两种密封件。我们在实际使用当中就遇到一种连接器，这种连接器是一种矩形连接器，插头和插座的结合是这样的：密封件装在插座上的槽内，然后带斜面的插头压在上面，密封圈被挤在两者的结合部位，如果使用O型密封圈结构，安装虽没问题，但是不可靠，且防护性能不理想。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种防护性能可靠、特别适用于矩形连接器密封圈。
本实用新型的密封圈包括硅橡胶圈本体，其截面为直角梯形，上圈面与下圈面平行，内圈面分别与上圈面和下圈面垂直，外圈面与下圈面的夹角为锐角，外圈面与上圈面通过圆弧面连接。
本实用新型密封圈的截面采用了直角梯形结构，能很好的保证连接器的防护性能，并且稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，电力连接器密封圈包括硅橡胶圈本体3，其截面为直角梯形，上圈面2与下圈面6平行，内圈面1分别与上圈面2和下圈面6垂直，外圈面5与下圈面6的夹角为锐角，外圈面5与上圈面2通过圆弧面4连接。
工作中密封圈被安装在矩形槽内，为了能使其定位更牢靠，连接器的结合面部分接触面积应尽量大，也为了增加其密封防护性能。此新型采用截面形状为直角梯形状的结构，这使得连接器的结合面部分接触面积大，增加了其密封防护性能，同时梯形的斜面也保证了连接器的良好装配性能，使得插头插座能轻松地结合在一起。在材料的使用上，该新型密封件采用了防老化和自润性能相对较好的硅橡胶，以提高连接器的整体使用性能。该新型密封圈结构，经防护性能试验，能轻松达到IP66级别。

1.连接器密封圈，包括硅橡胶圈本体，其特征在于硅橡胶圈本体的截面为直角梯形，其中上圈面与下圈面平行，内圈面分别与上圈面和下圈面垂直，外圈面与下圈面的夹角为锐角，外圈面与上圈面通过圆弧面连接。
