为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括铲面和铲把，在铲把中间固定有一个可向铲子两端翻的护手套。

使用时，使用者可以握着铲把2使用铲子，通过设置在铲把2上的护手套3对手部进行保护，防止溅起的油烫伤皮肤。不用时，把护手套3翻下来，对铲面1起到防尘的作用。
