Abstract

本实用新型涉及电除尘器中的固定阴极线的夹片，其特征在于：它由两个相同的半圆形夹片1组成，两端设有连接板2，连接板上设有连接孔3。使用时，将两个夹片的半圆部分合在阴极线框架的圆管4上，两个连接板夹住阴极线5扁平头部，并用螺栓穿过连接板上的连接孔3以及阴极线扁平头部的连接孔，将阴极线固定在框架上。由于本实用新型采用了上述技术方案，使得阴极线安装及维修非常方便，阴极线在受热膨胀时有伸缩的余地，不致产生变形损坏，并且阴极线连接牢固，克服了已有技术中存在的阴极线容易掉线的缺陷。

本实用新型涉及电除尘器中的阴极线的连接固定装置。
技术背景
现有电除尘器中设有阴极线框架，框架上或直接焊接，或用螺栓直接将阴极线连接固定在框架中，因为两端固定连接，它存在着很多缺陷，如阴极线受热膨胀后极易变形损坏，阴极线损坏后更换、维修非常麻烦。针对上述问题经检索尚未发现相关的技术解决方案。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为克服已有技术中的阴极线因为两端固定连接，受热膨胀后极易变形损坏，以及阴极线损坏后更换、维修非常麻烦的缺陷而设计的一种连接固定阴极线的夹片。
本实用新型具体方案如下：
一种阴极线夹片，其特征在于：它由两个相同的夹片组成，每个夹片的中部呈半圆形，沿半圆形的端部向两端延伸形成两端连接板，每端连接板上分别设有连接孔。使用时，将两个夹片的半园部分合在阴极线框架的圆管上，半圆形端部的两个连接板夹住阴极线扁平头部，并用螺栓穿过连接板上的连接孔以及阴极线扁平头部的连接孔，将阴极线固定在框架上。
由于本实用新型采用了上述技术方案，使得阴极线安装及维修非常方便，阴极线在受热膨胀时有伸缩的余地，不致产生变形损坏，并且阴极线连接牢固，克服了已有技术中存在的阴极线容易因热胀冷缩导致断线的缺陷。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明：
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型所述的阴极线夹片是由两个相同的半圆形夹片1组成，每个半圆形夹片1的中部呈半圆形，沿半圆形的端部向两端延伸形成两端连接板2，每端连接板2上分别设有连接孔3。阴极线夹片的使用情况如图1、图3所示，两个半圆形夹片的半圆形部分1合在框架圆管4上，半圆形端部的两个连接板2夹住阴极线5的扁平头部，并用螺栓穿过连接板上的连接孔3以及阴极线扁平头部的连接孔，将阴极线5固定在框架4上。
