Abstract
一种用于墙体的保温装饰板，是由聚氨酯或聚苯乙烯树脂在发泡成型保温板的同时粘结装饰板形成的有保温板(1)和装饰板(2)组成的保温装饰板。本保温装饰板省略了粘结工艺和粘结层。施工时只要将保温板(1)的一面粘结到找平的墙体上固化后抹缝即可，保温板(1)构成墙体的保温层，装饰板(2)构成墙体的外装饰层。
Description
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑材料，特别涉及墙体保温和装饰用的材料，具体地说是一种用于墙体的保温装饰板。
二、背景技术
目前，国家从宏观发展的战略考虑，要求各行各业节能降耗，节约能源已成为保证我国健康持续发展的基本国策。建筑节能是将建筑内、外墙体、门窗、顶层通过保温隔热，阻止热能传递或泄漏，从而达到保温节能的效果。
据《科技时报》报道，我国建筑能耗在社会综合能耗比已从1992年的15％提高到27.5％，到2020年将提高到40％。目前我国有400亿米2的高能耗建筑，不但对常规能源依赖性大，而且隐含着难以估计的能源浪费(2007年4月27日第7版)。由此可见，建筑节能刻不容缓。
建筑节能所采用的墙体保温及面层装饰施工方法，通常先进行墙体保温系统的施工，再做保温面层的涂料、瓷砖、大理石或铝塑板装饰施工。两个分项工程独立施工，需要两种不同专业工种施工队伍，施工交叉矛盾多、工序多、环节多，费时、废料，因承重量大，对主体结构产生一定的影响。
由于诸多环节不确定因素的影响，施工质量和装饰效果普遍达不到预期要求，造成返工率高，人力、资金严重浪费，导致工程建设周期长，成本高。
申请人曾申请过一件保温装饰一体板使实用新型专利，是用粘合剂将保温板和装饰面板粘结固化形成一整体(2007200355201)。
三、发明内容
本实用新型旨在简化墙体保温和装饰面现场施工的繁杂工序和施工环节，以缩短工期、保证质量，所要解决的技术问题是在工厂里批量预制保温装饰板。
墙体保温材料多使用聚苯乙烯(EPS、XPS)或聚氨酯树脂发泡成型保温板。本实用新型的技术方案就是由保温材料在发泡成型保温板1的同时粘结装饰板2形成的由保温板1和装饰板2组成的保温装饰板。如图1所示。本保温装饰板是一整体，但却省略了粘结工艺和粘结层。
实现这一技术方案的方法是用装饰板作为模具的一面壁板，比如上面或下面或左面或右面的壁板，且向内一侧不涂抹脱模剂，保温材料在该模具内发泡。试验证明，发泡膨胀的压力足以将装饰板与发泡板(保温板)牢牢地粘结在一起。
所述的装饰板选自铝板或铝塑板或瓷砖或大理石板或各种塑料板或人造板，如PVC板或防火板或抗倍特(康贝特)板或树脂板或无机板等。
本保温装饰板集保温和装饰于一体，施工时只需将保温板1的一面粘贴到找平的墙体上固化后抹缝即可。墙体与装饰板2之间的保温板1构成墙体保温层；装饰板2向外，构成墙体外装饰层。
用本保温装饰板对墙体进行保温、装饰施工较之传统方法施工方法简单，没有繁杂的施工程序和相互制约的施工环节，使工期大大缩短，以1万m2墙体施工计，本保温装饰板只需35天左右，而传统方法则需要100天以上。
本保温装饰板对墙体负重不足传统施工的保温装饰层的50％。本保温装饰板总厚度为10mm～300mm，其中装饰板为0.5mm～100mm，适用不同地区的保温装饰，其保温节能和装饰效果均优于传统施工方法的效果。

五、具体实施方式
现以聚氨酯树脂和铝塑板为例，非限定实施例叙述如下：
用铝塑板替换发泡专用模具的上、下壁板，正面朝外，反面不涂抹脱模剂。在模具内用公知的发泡工艺对聚氨酯进行发泡，发泡时在上壁板上施加压力，该压力应等于或大于聚氨酯发泡时的膨胀力。发泡结束后脱模，自中间裁开，便得到两块保温装饰板。聚氨酯发泡层构成墙体的保温层，铝塑板构成墙体的外装饰层。

1.一种用于墙体的保温装饰板，其特征在于：是由保温材料在发泡成型保温板(1)的同时粘结装饰板(2)形成的由保温板(1)和装饰板(2)组成的保温装饰板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温装饰板，其特征在于：是由聚苯乙烯树脂在发泡成型保温板(1)的同时粘结装饰板(2)形成的由保温板(1)和装饰板(2)组成的保温装饰板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保温装饰板，其特征在于：是由聚氨酯树脂在发泡成型保温板(1)的同时粘结装饰板(2)形成的由保温板(1)和装饰板(2)组成的保温装饰板。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的保温装饰板，其特征在于：装饰板(2)选自铝板或铝塑板或瓷砖或大理石板或塑料板或人造板。
