Abstract

背景技术
胶姆糖属于糖果中的一大类，深受消费者的喜欢，现有的泡泡胶姆糖是在胶姆糖里包裹有夹心层成为球形胶姆糖果，或在胶姆糖果表层泡光上一层很薄的糖衣，这种胶母糖果口感单一；本实用新型所指的外层硬糖是把熬煮好的糖浆冷却到适合温度形成糖团，用拉白机将糖团拉伸，令空气冲入及形成白色糖团，把胶姆糖放进糖团里，经人手或机器成形条状糖果，再扭曲成各種形状的糖果。此外，亦可在白色糖团表面嵌入添加不同色素熬煮的糖条，使糖果表面色彩更鲜艳，更加吸引。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种外形造型美观、表面色彩丰富、多种糖果口感的胶姆糖与硬糖结合的新型糖果。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的胶姆糖与硬糖结合的新型糖果，由泡泡胶姆糖的内芯和围绕该内芯的由硬糖制成的外层组成，该外层可嵌有色条。

采用上述结构后，本实用新型具有以下有益效果：
1、由泡泡胶姆糖的内芯和围绕该内芯的由硬糖制成的外层组成，这种胶姆糖外层硬糖富有脆性，内涵口感韧性良好的泡泡糖，结合了两种糖果的特性，改变了原来泡泡糖单一的口感。
2、外层可嵌有色条，加入色条使得糖果表面具有多种色彩，形成七彩条纹，使得泡泡胶姆糖具有丰富的表面色彩，得到人们的喜爱。
3、所述糖果本以为直条状、拐杖形状、圆块形状、旋转形状等，使得胶姆糖有各种各样美观造型，改变了以前胶姆糖单一的圆球状或块状。

具体实施方式
图1和2所示，一种胶姆糖与硬糖结合的新型糖果由泡泡胶姆糖的内芯1和围绕该内芯1的由硬糖制成的外层2组成，糖果本体保持原来的条状形成一种直条状的糖果。
图3和4所示，本实用新型的由硬糖制成的外层2可嵌有不同颜色的色条3，使得糖果外表可具有七彩的条纹。
图5所示，可把条状的糖果一端折弯，形成拐杖的形状。
图6所示，条状的糖果弯曲折叠成一圆块形状，在糖块一端插入握柄4，方便人们拿在手食用，不用弄脏手。
图7所示，条状的糖果盘绕成螺旋状，形成了旋转形状的糖果，可在糖块一端插入握柄4，同样是方便拿在手上食用。
图8所示，条状的糖果弯曲折叠成扇形状糖块，在糖块小端插入握柄4。
本实用新型不局限于上述实施方式，如其外形可弯曲折叠成各种各样的形状，总之，本领域普通技术人员对其显而易见的改造或变型，均认为落在本实用新型保护范围之内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的胶姆糖与硬糖结合的新型糖果，其特征在于：该外层(2)嵌有色条(3)。
