本实用新型涉及医疗器具，具体的说是一种一次性排气肛管。
背景技术
目前，临床对腹胀患者治疗所采用的排气肛管都是在肛管端部侧面开一导气孔，肛管上无任何标记，使用时，医护人员一般将肛管约插入直肠10～15厘米，将排气肛管的尾端插入一盛水的玻璃瓶中，观察气泡的数量来推测排气效果，这种排气肛管当病人更换体位时，排气肛管易移动，不能确定在直肠内的位置，往往造成堵塞，排气不畅，影响正常排气，另外，排气肛管容易从水瓶中脱出并溅出水液，给排气带来麻烦，也无法推测排气量的多少。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种插入直肠准确便于腹胀病人排气的一次性排气肛管。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：本实用新型包括有肛管及导气孔，在肛管上设有刻度，导气孔相对的另一侧开有导气孔，肛管的尾端接有一集气囊，集气囊由水室及气室构成，水室上设有进气口及注水口，进气口连接一排气管，排气管设在水室内，注水口上设有封盖。
本实用新型自成一体，使用方便，插入位置准确，便于病人更换体位不影响排气，有利于护理，并可估算出排出气体的容量。

具体实施方式
参照附加，本实用新型包括有肛管1及导气孔2，在肛管1上设有刻度4，导气孔2相对的另一侧开有导气孔3，肛管1的尾端接有一集气囊5，集气囊5由水室6及气室7构成，水室6上设有进气口8及注水口9，进气口8连接一排气管10，排气管10设在水室6内，注水口9上设有封盖11。水室6采用透明塑料制成，气室7采用橡胶材料制成。
使用时，将集气囊5的水室6内由注水口9注入水后置于肛门之下的位置，在水室6中可观察到由排气管10排出的气泡，气体由水室6进入气室7，并逐渐将气室7充起，可估算出排出气体的容量，当气压过大时可打开封盖11将气体放出。

1.一种一次性排气肛管，包括有肛管(1)及导气孔(2)，其特征是在肛管(1)上设有刻度(4)，导气孔(2)相对的另一侧开有导气孔(3)，肛管(1)的尾端接有一集气囊(5)，集气囊(5)由水室(6)及气室(7)构成，水室(6)上设有进气口(8)及注水口(9)，进气口(8)连接一排气管(10)，排气管(10)设在水室(6)内，注水口(9)上设有封盖(11)。
2.按照权利要求1所说的一次性排气肛管，水室(6)采用透明塑料制成，气室(7)采用橡胶材料制成。
