Abstract
一种用于PVC－M管道连接处的密封胶圈，属给排水管材技术领域，用于解决管材变形引起的密封问题。其技术方案是：它由相互叠置密合的硬质支撑圈和弹性密封圈组成，硬质支撑圈体积为整体密封胶圈30％～50％。本实用新型在普通橡胶密封圈的基础上增设硬质支撑圈，硬质支撑圈采用聚乙烯(PE)或聚丙烯(PP)材质，主要起支撑管道端口的作用，可有效防止胶圈顶翻，同时减少安装阻力。此外密封圈上设置密封倒刺，提高了密封效果。本实用新型可以手工安装，也可以和管材生产时一并在线安装，具有使用安全可靠、连接方便、密封效果好等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种管材密封件，特别是PVC管道之间连接处使用的密封胶圈，属给排水管材技术领域。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展，各领域中新材料、新工艺相继得到了开发和应用，在塑料给排水管道方面各种新材料管道和改性管道不断涌现，比如：添加改性助剂得到的聚氯乙烯管道(PVC-M)，这种塑料管道在具有原聚氯乙烯管道重量轻、抗腐蚀、强度高、连接方便等优点的同时，还使韧性增强、抗冲击性能提高，管道的壁厚大为减少，并降低了管道的生产和使用成本、提高了管道的安全性能。但是，在减小壁厚之后，韧性增强，受环境温度影响较大，管材易于发生收缩变形，这样，原来与之配套使用的一体硬度的橡胶密封胶圈很容易在管材变形时发生泄漏，已经不再适用，因此有必要改进密封胶圈的材质和结构使其适应管材材质的变化。
发明内容
本实用新型用于克服已有技术的缺陷而提供一种可有效避免因管材变形而引起泄漏的用于PVC-M管道连接处的密封胶圈。
本实用新型所称问题是以下述技术方案解决的：
一种用于PVC-M管道连接处的密封胶圈，其特别之处是：它由相互叠置密合的硬质支撑圈2和弹性密封圈3组成，所述硬质支撑圈体积为整体密封胶圈体积的30％～50％。
上述用于PVC-M管道连接处的密封胶圈，所述弹性密封圈的内壁处设有密封倒齿3-1，密封倒齿倾斜方向与硬质支撑圈侧相反，所述弹性密封圈外壁处设有密封齿3--2。
上述用于PVC-M管道连接处的密封胶圈，所述弹性密封圈端面处设有Y形密封唇边3-3。
本实用新型针对PVC-M管道易发生变形引起泄漏的问题对传统的一体结构密封胶圈进行了改进，在橡胶密封圈的基础上增设硬质支撑圈，所述支撑圈体积为整个密封胶圈体积的30％～50％，它采用聚乙烯(PE)或聚丙烯(PP)材质，硬度为邵氏85±5°，主要起支撑管道端口的作用，可有效防止胶圈顶翻，同时减少安装阻力。此外，密封圈上设置密封倒齿，提高了密封效果。本实用新型可以手工安装，也可以和管材生产时一并在线安装。经试用，收到满意的效果。本实用新型具有使用安全可靠、连接方便、密封效果好等优点。

具体实施方式
参看图1，本实用新型与普通密封圈不同之处在于，它是由相互叠置密合(可做成一体)的硬质支撑圈2和弹性密封圈3组成，硬质支撑圈体积为整体密封胶圈30％～50％。硬质支撑圈采用聚乙烯(PE)或聚丙烯(PP)材质，硬度为邵氏85±5°，它主要起支撑管道端口的作用，可有效防止胶圈顶翻，同时减少安装阻力。弹性密封圈部分，采用热塑性弹性体(TPV)，硬度为邵氏55±5°。密封胶圈的生产采用复合共挤技术，然后再通过模压成型，或者先压铸出支撑圈，再复合压铸弹性密封圈，即二次压铸成型，还可以采用两个注射机头同时共注，一次成型的方法。
为有效防止泄漏，在弹性密封圈的内壁处设有密封倒齿3-1，密封倒齿倾斜方向与硬质支撑圈侧相反，弹性密封圈外壁处设有密封齿3-2。弹性密封圈端面处设有Y形密封唇边3-3。
本实用新型安装时，按照图2所示方向将其装入PVC-M管道4的承口凹槽5内，可以手工安装，也可以和管材生产时一并在线安装。

1.一种用于PVC-M管道连接处的密封胶圈，其特征在于：它由相互叠置密合的硬质支撑圈(2)和弹性密封圈(3)组成，所述硬质支撑圈体积为整体密封胶圈30％～50％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于PVC-M管道连接处的密封胶圈，其特征在于：所述弹性密封圈的内壁处设有密封倒齿(3-1)，密封倒齿倾斜方向与硬质支撑圈侧相反，所述弹性密封圈外壁处设有密封齿(3-2)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于PVC-M管道连接处的密封胶圈，其特征在于：所述弹性密封圈端面处设有Y形密封唇边(3-3)。
