Abstract
本实用新型属于一种煤矿井下散装物料的运输装置，由机头传动装置、过渡槽、中部槽、中部接链槽、刮链板、挡板、机尾、推移梁组成，其特征在于，机头传动装置中，两个链轮布置在机头轴中部，机头轴通过花键与链轮和轴承座内花键套相连接组成机头传动总成，机头传动总成通过梯形螺栓与机架侧板相连，减速机输出轴通过花键与花键套相连。本实用新型链条受力均匀，断链少，减速机直接插入花键套内，拆装方便，对中效果好，便于维修。

技术领域：本实用新型属于一种煤矿井下散装物料的运输装置，具体地说，是一种用于煤矿井下巷道内运送煤炭等的刮板输送机。
背景技术：刮板输送机是煤矿井下采掘运输系统的重要设备之一，目前我国中小型煤矿普遍利用SGW-40T型边双链刮板输送机，这种输送机双链布置在两边，两条链条受力不均，在中部槽弯曲状态下运行更为严重，造成运行中容易断链条或者链轮断齿等现象，刮板变形时，通过链轮容易断链。另外，该机型传动部分采用半滚筒，依靠螺栓和键把盲轴和减速机轴连接再一起，拆卸安装都比较麻烦，当受力较大时容易滚键。
针对上述情况，本实用新型提出一种中双链刮板输送机，其链条受力均匀，可以克服断链及拆装不方便易滚键等方面的问题。
发明内容：本实用新型采用以下方式实现：本实用新型由机头传动装置、过渡槽、中部槽、中部接链槽、刮链板、挡板、机尾、推移梁组成，其特征在于，机头传动装置中，两个链轮布置在机头轴中部，机头轴通过花键与链轮和轴承座内的花键套相连接组成机头传动总成，机头传动总成通过梯形螺栓与机架侧板相连，减速机输出轴通过花键与花键套相连。
本实用新型这种结构，使边双链变成中双链，链条受力比较均匀，断链少，减速机直接插入花键套内，拆装方便，对中效果好，便于维修，不易滚键。

具体实施方式：下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。机头轴3、链轮2和轴承座4内的花键套5一起组成机头传动总成，通过梯形螺栓连接机架侧板1，机头轴3通过花键套5把减速机6传递过来的动能再通过花键传到链轮2，链轮2转动带动刮板和链条进行散状物料的运输。
