Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种机械辊压式瓦楞纸板复合装置,属于包装机械技术领域。其主要是将输送带传送辊安装在生产线机架上,输送带环绕在输送带传送辊上,在输送带的内、外两侧分别设置复合辊。本实用新型集复合与传送于一体,结构简单,便于操作;复合传送设备安装在机架上,并且长度可调,可以满足不同生产需要;通过带、辊结合,可有效防止胶水移位现象出现,避免粘合不良,使纸板质量得到保证。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种多层瓦楞纸板的生产装置,具体地说是一种用于包装机械中的机械辊压式线带纸板复合装置,属于包装技术领域。
背景技术
在本实用新型做出以前,所有瓦楞纸板生产线的多层瓦楞纸板的复合装置都是由针织复合带、加热板及多组复合瓦楞辊组成。针织复合带置于表面光滑的加热板上,加工时,拖动很厚重的针织复合带使之在加热板的光滑表面上滑动,再将瓦楞纸板送至多组复合瓦楞辊压合而成多层瓦楞纸板。这种复合装置结构复杂,针织复合带非常厚重,容易把瓦楞纸板压塌或压变形。加热板表面虽光滑但没有动力传送纸板,仅靠摩擦传动输送纸板,易使上胶后的纸板上下移位,造成粘合不良,产品质量差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种结构简单、便于操作、集复合与传送于一体的机械辊压式瓦楞纸板复合装置,使瓦楞纸板在复合、传送过程中不再出现上下移位、粘合不良等问题,以提高产品质量。
本实用新型的主要解决方案是这样实现的:
本实用新型主要将输送带传送辊安装在生产线机架上,输送带环绕在输送带传送辊上,在输送带的内、外两侧分别设置复合辊。
本实用新型与已有技术相比具有以下优点:

具体实施方式
如图所示:输送带传送辊1、5利用轴承安装在生产线机架6上的轴承座上,输送带4环绕在输送带传送辊1、5上,复合辊3按多组形式设置在输送带4的上面,位于输送带4之外,复合辊2以与复合辊3相同的形式设置在输送带4的下面,位于输送带4之内,复合辊2与复合辊3垂直安装,复合辊2、3之间的间距可根据不同纸板厚度提前设定或者进行调试。
本实用新型的工作过程是这样的:
驱动输送带传送辊1、5,使已上胶的单面瓦楞纸板或多层瓦楞纸板及面纸送随输送带4移动,进入复合辊2与复合辊3,在其中完成复合,再由输送带4送出,从而完成送纸复合的过程。
Claims (2)
1.一种机械辊压式瓦楞纸板复合装置,包括生产线机架(6),其特征是输送带传送辊(1、5)分别安装在生产线机架(6)上,输送带(4)环绕在输送带传送辊(1、5)上,在输送带(4)的内、外两侧分别设置复合辊(2、3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机械辊压式瓦楞纸板复合装置,其特征在于所述的复合辊(2)与复合辊(3)垂直安装。
